Palms of Dune Allen, a 24-unit, 3-story condominium complex, has been a hidden gem on 30A for years. Palms of Dune Allen provides a unique opportunity to rent a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Gulf-front unit in a well-maintained condominium complex with private beach access.

Palms of Dune Allen is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, within walking distance to Gulf Place, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, the Vue, Stinkys and many other amazing restaurants and boutiques. The location is 6 miles east of Sandestin, 2 miles west of Grayton Beach, and 6.5 miles west of Seaside.

Palms of Dune Allen is located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. No need to cross any streets or get in your car to access the private beach...just head down the walkway to the gorgeous white sand. Leave your beach chairs on the beach for your entire stay and enjoy the most beautiful views around. Please note the beach access is private as there is locking gate.

Our unit is on the second floor of the securely gated complex and includes 2 parking spots. There is an elevator available as well as stairs to the second floor. The unit is elegantly furnished with a king-size bed in both the primary and secondary bedrooms. The third bedroom has two (2) twin over full bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a spacious and open living/dining area with large floor to ceiling windows that open a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The unit comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay; including but not limited to a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, shower towels, beach towels and more! Beach chairs and chaise lounges are also provided, or you can rent chairs/umbrellas and have them conveniently set up for you each day. In addition, each bedroom has cable TVs with streaming capabilities.

The pool is an amazing place to unwind in the luxury chairs, chaise lounges, tables and umbrellas. The pool is heated in the cooler months. Adjacent to the pool are restrooms, and an industrial ice maker to fill up your cooler!!! This is an underrated amenity, and allows you to not waste the ice from your freezer every day.

Our family has been enjoying 30A for many years, and the Palms of Dune Allen is the perfect vacation spot for every age. Whether you are looking for a quiet, luxurious getaway, or an ultra-convenient place to bring your family, Palms of Dune Allen is a favorite for all.

As our second home, we like to share our pride and joy with others who appreciate luxury furnishings and amenities and who will respect the unit as if it was their own. NO SMOKING or PETS are allowed.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Highly recommend! The condo was perfect and just as advertised. The beach was beautiful and the views were amazing. The host checked in with us a couple times which was so unexpected but very much appreciated. Great place we will for sure rent again.

Late Summer Trip

This is a very nice and spacious condo that is in top notch condition. We enjoyed the best beach view we have had in our many trips to the Santa Rosa Beach area. Very short walk to beach! Love this location on 30A.

Such a great family property with all of the necessities!

This property was amazing! Perfect for our little. On the beach, with a private pool that was perfect! The only thing is since we were on vacation, the checkout process was a bit much, I don’t want to be cleaning towels on vacation! ☺️

great place!!

had a wonderful time in Santa Rosa and the condo was perfect. it was clean, looked like the photos and had everything needed in the kitchen for a week stay. the bedrooms are spacious and its so nice that each bedroom has their own bathroom. laundry and dishwasher in unit made things very easy being at the beach. super close and easy access to beach and pool access. loved having the balcony and being able to sit out and see/hear the ocean as well. highly recommend this unit and it was very easy to communicate with Eric/Randy the owners. would stay here again for sure.

Fall Break

Really enjoyed our time at Palm of Dune Allen! The condo was as expected, a few minor issues, but really nothing to complain about or that inconvenienced us! It was a pleasure meeting the owners and their communication was on point. The accommodations and view of the water was just what we needed! Hope to visit again in 2024.

Love this Place !

Location !! Location !! I walked the beach both east and west for a mile each way every morning. This condo is a rare find with a pool that is beach front ! The owner responded to every text and we had several phone conversations. He helped me plan a surprise engagement proposal for my daughter and future son in law. Big Thank You for that it was perfect ! The condo has everything and the use of the commercial ICE Machine is a game changer !! No running out of ice and running to store ! This was a stress free vacation and we will be back ! Thank You !

Very nice property.

Condo kitchen was well equipped, beach chairs were provided, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Owners were quick to respond to one small issue that turned out to be nothing. Highly recommend.

Great Property

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was within great distance to everywhere we went. Loved the heated pool along with the balcony. We were a family of 4 and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us, very spacious! Just a couple of notes. Upon arrival the bedrooms looked as if they had not been vacuumed. This is the cleaning service not the owners fault. There was a bit of a musky smell as well. The property could use some updating. There were stains on the bedroom carpets and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and a new screen door. Ours kept falling off the track. Overall this was a wonderful view of the ocean and the beach, which it would have been warmer, it was unseasonable cold!

Gorgeous oceanfront luxury

Beautiful, spacious condo with stunning views of the gulf in a charming, quiet complex which included a heated pool. The large balcony offers incredible views and the interior feels like a cottage beach house as it’s very spaced out with three bedrooms and three full baths. Great communication with the owner/property manager! We are already planning our return trip.

Amazing family beach vacation!

My family and I had an amazing stay in this condo! Excellent view of the ocean from the condo, right on the beach, and pool access. We had a group of seven staying and there was plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped, as well as provided beach chairs and an ice machine by the pool. Located walking and driving distance from great restaurants! Our host was great and helpful to provide many of his recommendations! We look forward to staying here again!

Family Birthday Vacay

My family of 4 had a wonderful restful long weekend filled with sunshine, beach views and fabulous food on 30A. We truly enjoyed this well appointed condo ON THE BEACH! We will be back to The Palms of Dune Allen!

Our family has been traveling to the Florida Panhandle for 40+ years. We have created endless memories on the white sandy beaches of 30A, and want to to allow others to do the same. We take pride in our property, and want others to treat it how we do.

Palms of Dune Allen makes vacationing convenient. From babies to adults, all the amenities are right there for everyone. No getting in a golf cart, car, or even crossing the street to get to the beach. No lugging floats and beach chairs every day. No fighting for pool chairs. The HOA takes pride in their property, and keeps the grounds, landscaping, and common areas in immaculate shape. They have thought of everything to keep every guest safe and secure.

Let's not forget about the picturesque sunsets that can be enjoyed right on the balcony, or on the "crows nest" before heading down to the beach.
