Ubicado en el emblemático CO Hwy 30A, donde la gente es amigable y los perros son aún más amigables, este condominio frente al golfo con tres dormitorios y tres baños ofrece alojamiento para hasta 8 huéspedes. Esta comunidad de playa posee tres lagos de dunas costeras, que son muy raros y solo se encuentran en unos pocos lugares seleccionados en todo el mundo. Great Location and Comfortable Condo

We had a great stay. No beach view over the dunes, but the location is still great. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Family Vacation with Adult Children

The Palms of Dune Allen provides a great beachfront location - walking distance to restaurants is a bonus, but the pool/beach proximity are fantastic, and the sunsets are incredible!

Relaxing Break

The condo was clean, comfortable and the rental company was very attentive. The Keurig didn’t work and they brought a new one right away. The only downside is not having a view of the beach, but the access from the ground floor was great. The sliding door was very difficult to open and close.

October at the beach

Felicity, we have had a really great time. The cheese tray was a good treat upon arrival. You guys have been very responsive to our needs. The owner has a real problem with media in this unit. We were totally without for over 24 hrs. and the cable boxes in the two bedrooms have to be rebooted often to receive signal. The techs you sent were very nice and helpful. Many thanks! Brent

This property is a wonderful property. It’s very safe and secure. It was very quiet and peaceful. The beach is pristine and very private. There were very few people on the beach. The pool is heated and very nice as well.

Best beach vacation

We love The Palms of Dunn Allen. It’s a great location with easy access to the beach and so nice to have the pool to refresh in after being on the beach. We like the unit downstairs so you don’t have to lug our stuff up and down stairs but if you like a view, you may want to stay on 2nd or 3rd floor.

Not so satisfied

we arrived early 3:00 p.m. (check in was 4:00) we were going to hang at the beach until 4:00 a young girl & boy walked in our unit 108 at 3:10. The room wasn't available to us until 5:30. We took pictures of a dirty cereal bowl on master nightstand, the bathroom had toothpaste on the faucets & mirrors, 2 blankets on the closet floor not even folded in a pile, counters covered in dust. We called & let our 5-star resort booking company know of this & were told by Janet "sorry". We were told how they take the time to clean & sanitize against the COVID virus. We left went to Wal-mart & purchased Clorox wipes & paper towels because there weren't the 2 rolls that were supposed to be there & spent the better part of 2 hours cleaning & washing blankets. Great location

I was not sure about this condo since it was on the first floor and did not have a view of the ocean. However the convenience to the pool and beach made it such a great choice.

The property location and layout were great. We did experience problems with the water.

The property location and condo layout were great for 3 couples. However, we did experience interrupted water availability without notice for multiple hours at a time over multiple days. This made it difficult to come off the beach and shower, use any water, etc. Notice of the water shutoff should have been provided as we had to find alternate places to shower and use restrooms.

Decent place but pretty janky

The beach is beautiful and the area is great, but the condo unit left a lot to be desired. The sliding door to get outside was a constant struggle and required a lot of strength to open and close. Two of the bathtubs drain so slowly that you end up standing in water while showering. The pool was closed for repairs for 4 out of the 5 days during our stay, and the property management refused to give us any kind of partial refund or compensation. The TV in one of the bedrooms needed repair. The burners on the stove were weak, it took a very long time for water to boil. We managed to have a great time anyway, but the condo has lots of minor issues that added up to major disappointment.

Love Ground Level!

Loved the condo! The location is great. The beach and pool were never crowded. Best of all was being able to walk straight out the back door to the pool or beach. And we NEVER heard a neighbor!! Best sleep that I have EVER had on a vacation!

Worked well for our family of children and grandchildren!

The kitchen set-up was nice, and well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils...even with plastic storage containers for the fridge! It was comfortable for our family with children and grandchildren who also enjoyed having the "yard" for playing, and it was nice to be so close to the pool. We did miss being able to see the Gulf from our porch. Great to have 2 full-size beds in the 3rd bedroom. That works so much better for our family than the more common 2 twin beds found in rental units. We love 30A so much better than staying in Destin. No high rises, much less traffic, more "laid back". Lots of room on the beach, and very safe for the children. Loved the restaurants and shops on 30A except Stinky's Fish Camp which is a long wait no matter when you go, and food not worth it! It's more of a tourist trap. Other restaurants, like Local Catch, are more fitting of the local scene and really great for families. Flooring gets a little slippery if wet or humid.

Just stayed here for Memorial Day week. clean, spacious. right on the beach. poolside. other guests were very friendly. we have stayed at a number of locations on the panhandle, and this unit has been a highlight. we will definitely be returning.

Nice Place!

my family had a nice time! place was re-done inside, looked nice, small issues like the sliding door to the outside was old and rusted, and very tough for a child to close without an adult helping. . . overall nice!

Perfect Location on 30A

Well maintained property and condo. Everything has been updated with all the amenities of home. We found this to be the perfect spot for a family vacation. It is located near restaurants and shopping yet it's located on a quiet stretch of beach. We had a problem on arrival and it was taken care of immediately. We recommend this property.

Good condo, but 3rd bedroom is 2 full beds, not 2 queens

The 3rd bedroom does not comfortably sleep more than 2 guests, as the beds are full size instead of queens as indicated. Also, for a 2st floor unit, there are also 5-6 steps to get to the front door, and this wasn't mentioned. This wasn't ideal for my mother who is disabled. It was extremely hard to keep the white tile floors clean, so we were constantly having to sweep/mop. The pool was also ice cold at spring break, which was a huge bummer for the kids. Getting to the beach was very convenient - which helped make the other inconveniences not seem so bad.

Great summer vacation

This was a beautifully decorated condo with easy access to the beach and pool. It had a nice view of the ocean for a ground floor unit. We would definitely come back! Wish their were TV's in the bedrooms but not a show stopper.
