Everything needed for a short or long term stay. 1 mile from the Ponderosa Marina wit a boat ramp and 6 miles to the Lake Houston Marina where the whole family can enjoy a day at the lake. Pets are allowed $20/day. Newly added 4 person Hot Tub! Perfect way to end your long day at the lake!

Beautiful Cabin!!

We had a great time at this cabin. Very close to everything we wanted to see. Cabin would be perfect for a family as it has lots of beds. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!!

Cozy Cabin

We loved our stay at the cabin. The property was perfect for quality family time with plenty of room for our grandchildren to run around outside with a play set. The cabin was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It was nice having the fire pit with this cold weather.

Loved it!

Aubrey was amazing to work with. She was able to accommodate our early arrival which a a big help. We traveled from Phoenix AZ to Huffman Tx with our 2 dogs. This was a really hard trip on the dogs so being able to occupy a but early was great. We spent most of the time traveling back and forth to the hospital in Galveston for a long labored birth of our granddaughter but the time we were able to spend at the cabin was so relaxing. The hot tub was great as well. The dogs loved to be able to roam the yard and it was nice to sit and the front porch in the mornings. Will definitely try to book the cabin when in Huffman.

Huffman Cabin stay

I was disappointed with the stay. The big reason was the main floor bathroom had an ant infestation and there was cockroach infestation in the bedrooms upstairs. The cabin should be set up with pest control. I had to purchase several cans of raid to control pests while I was there. I also left a day early because I felt uncomfortable with bugs.

Peaceful

I would recommend owner add additional paper towels and toilet paper, as well as regular towels. We had to buy some, not enough for 2 days. Also would suggest a new bed, had a sore back each morning and also to add drapes in bedroom, the blinds are too bright for a bedroom. Hot tub was fantastic and very clean. Owner may also do well to have monthly pest control, carpenter bees were all over the exterior and make quite a mess of wood shavings all over. The yard was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Loved the cozy feel of the cabin.
