We are located on the new Houston Bayou Greenway San Jacinto Bike trail - for those who love biking, hiking or bird watching!

This was a very relaxing trip, with a comfortable setting and all the amenities we needed. The owner communicated well. We saw several herons, a hawk, ducks, blue jay, squirrels, and heard frogs across the water. Thank you!

Stay was great, house is very comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay. Location is very convenient to 59 and the airport, while also being peaceful and secluded. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Kingwood

Perfect blend of outdoors and civilization

He wanted to fish, I wanted to just chill and this was the perfect spot to do both! We were able to go fishing in the backyard (he caught a fish) and I was able to go into the house or just chill on the porch. We already decided we will come back!

Immaculate spacious property

This house has it all, in a very quiet location, with an extremely comfortable bed and welcoming living room. Even did a spot of fishing at the end of the garden. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Houston area. Over all a fantastic stay, and thank you for the snacks much appreciated

The home layout is prfect. We loved the attention to detail. There was coffee, yack boards, fishing poles, outdoor seating & dining and very tasteful decor. Ty met our every need.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I as well as my 91 year old dad loved sitting on the patio watching the river. Beautiful home, well equipped kitchen and everything was new and clean. One of the nicest properties we have stayed in over the years.

Very Relaxing

This was such a relaxing and peaceful stay, I almost forgot that I had kids to go home to and I didn’t want to leave. The lake in the back was such a calming element. I loved the fact that the kitchen had pretty much everything that we needed (of course we brought our own food). The neighborhood was really quiet. If you’re looking for a quiet place to reset, this is it. I look forward to staying here again.

Wow! Wonderful stay.

Great location! Ty was so accommodating, throughtout the whole process, from booking and throughout our stay. I flyed into town for a surgery, and was such a relaxing place to stay during my recovery! Linens and bedding were top notch. Very clean and spacious. Will be looking for another reason to return to this home. Thanks again, Ty!

Very clean and cute house

The house is very cute and updated well. The location is great - close to highway 59, the mall and restaurants, but not too close. Quiet neighborhood. Back yard view of the water is really nice. Large living area. Very comfortable beds. Host was great and answered our questions fast. Nice little touches and welcome snacks.

Wonderful Stay at the Lake

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Ty and Lynn (owners of the property) live nearby and were extremely communicative and generous with their time, going so far as to offer their kayaks for our use. The house was beautiful and just the right size for our family of four. Waking up to fish jumping and birds on the water was as much as we could have possibly asked for. The house was very easy to find and extremely convenient for accessing the nearby highway (which felt like a hundred miles away while we were on the water). We can’t wait to return!
