Located in the Montego Bay community, you’ll enjoy outdoor pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, bay piers, and a nine-hole mini-golf course. Travel 1 mile to the beach for blissful days by the water. Cross the nearby state line into Delaware for duty-free shopping and exciting attractions.

Unwind on the screened porch at home after your adventures. Inside, beachy decor and comfy furnishings create a relaxing ambience.

LIVING AREA

The sunlit living area is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite dishes in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. You’ll also find a convenient starter supply of dish soap and paper towels.

When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This one-story home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.

The master bedroom holds a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy the pleasant coastal weather on the screened patio. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table for two or relax with a book on the comfy armchairs.

Unheated community pools invite you to take a refreshing dip after a beach day. Perfect your serve on the tennis courts, start up a shuffleboard tournament, or play nine holes on the mini-golf course. The community amenities are located 0.8 miles away. The pools and mini-golf course are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; the other amenities are open year-round.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and a gas grill are provided at the rental. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway.

Parties are not allowed. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Access to the home is via four exterior steps at the entryway.

THE LOCATION

Travel 1 mile to the beach for sun-kissed days by the Atlantic. For more outdoor fun, launch kayaks or visit the playgrounds at Northside Park (1 mile).

Situated just 2 miles from Delaware, it’s a short drive across the state line. Enjoy duty-free shopping or spend the day at amusement parks on the border. Drive 8 miles to the Ocean City Boardwalk for beachfront dining and shopping.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
