This is ideal for boat owners who want the convenience of keeping their vessel right where they're staying. Unit 810 does not have a designated boat slip but please inquire as we have a few we rent based on availability.

🏖️ Beach chair & umbrella Service is available at this location (fees apply and seasonal). For a cheaper option, Gulf Coast Rental Company delivers chairs, umbrella, cooler & beach cart. Contact info for both will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.

📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🆔 They must sign in at front desk and ID must match name on Rental Agreement and Check in Instructions.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
