New Super-hosted beautiful cabin close to Sedona and Flagstaff

Hi Aubrei, I appreciate your review. We are always looking to improve. However there are a couple of items I would like to follow up on. We notified you of the pollen dump from the pine trees ahead of your stay. Every host in Munds was dealing with the same issue being unable to clean it fast enough. It was out of our control. We provided 7 large and 7 small towels for 2 adults and 3 children, plus washcloths. We have never experienced any noise at night from neighbors. The cabin is air conditioned. I’m thinking maybe you opened some windows as the double panes would normally be pretty soundproof. Our neighbors are part time occupants who do not rent their cabins. I tried to respond to you on the early check in but Vrbo app was not responding and by the time I got access it was check in time, so apologies for that. Most guests request early check in the day before travel or in the morning and not within a couple of hours of arrival. We are new on Vrbo but have many 5 star reviews on Airbnb and have hosted for 2 years as a superhost. We try to respond in about 15-20 mins if we can.

We welcome guest input. But fyi we only have a ring front door camera that we check after arrival to ensure that we don’t have huge groups showing up. We noticed that the guests might be parked on the road so let them know that they can get a $300! ticket if the sheriff passes. The roads are narrow. On one of the other days the camera was going off a lot so we glanced and saw a dog exiting the house when we have a no pets policy. We asked about the dog since I am allergic. Almost every host has a door camera. We have no other cameras. Thus guest destroyed 2 towels and didn’t put trash out on pick up day as requested leaving us to have to pay someone to come take trash away so subsequent guests could have some place for theirs.
