We had an amazing time. Eddy reached out to me upon arrival to make sure we got in ok. He definitely pays attention to the small details. The location is perfect. Quiet and shaded. A short walk to the pool and beautiful sunsets.

Ants all over the kitchen counters and cameras constantly monitoring guests. Extremely slow golf carts that had a battery that was struggling and lasted an hour or so. No toilet paper and only half a roll of paper towels for a 5 day stay. Campground ammenities were nice to have!

Thank you for your review. We have submitted it to VRBO for evaluation, as we believe it does not accurately reflect the circumstances of the stay. For clarity to future guests, we would like to provide additional context: • Pet Policy: The reservation did not include a pet; however, the guest arrived with a 75 lb Golden Retriever, which is against our house rules. As a one-time courtesy—despite being a Premier Host for over 3.5 years—we allowed the stay to continue with a $250 fee rather than canceling the reservation. The guest initially agreed to depart one day early to offset this, but ultimately did not follow through and completed the full stay. • Occupancy & Parking: The reservation was made for two adults. During the stay, there were additional unregistered occupants, including children and another adult. There was also a vehicle parked overnight in the middle of the street without prior notice. • Property Concerns: No concerns regarding ants were reported during the stay, and we were not made aware of any such issue. Our exterior camera system (Ring) is used solely to monitor arrivals and departures for safety purposes. • Safety Issue: The outdoor fireplace was left on throughout the night, in close proximity to the RV, without supervision for extended periods. This is a serious safety concern and a violation of house rules. We take pride in maintaining a high standard of service, as reflected in our reviews and hosting history.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep the whole week. Very limited kitchen supplies. Other than that great.

Regarding the kitchen, we do provide an air fryer, toaster, skillet, pots and pans, and a microwave for guest use. With a little communication during your stay, I would have gladly gone out of my way to make sure you had anything you needed. As for the bed, this is the first time we’ve received feedback about it being uncomfortable, but we truly value your input and will look into it to ensure future guests have the best possible experience. Amazing stay. Super quiet park and we loved spending time in the outdoor space. Can't say enough good things about Eddy's place. Eddy is a fantastic host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will not book anywhere else when we come back to Key Largo!

Very relaxing

Had a great time in Key Largo. Unit was very clean and was exactly as pictures showed. Outdoor area was very relaxing and quiet. My wife and I really enjoyed our getaway. We will def be renting from Eddy again soon.

Vacation getaway

Very nice camper with plenty of amenities to make your stay feel like home away from home. Location in a gated community made for extra secure feeling since I was staying alone. Office and security staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

I can’t say enough how great this place was to stay. Very clean, beautiful pool great fishing the host was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. I definitely would go back with my family. Kids had a great time. Lots of places to see in things to do, if you just wanna veg at the pool, it’s a nice set up and easy access.

Much needed vacation

Beautiful place to stay, felt like home away from home. RV was clean, comfortable and cute. A perfect little vacation spot. The RV park was clean, inviting and peaceful. Everyone was friendly in the community. We loved watching the sunset at the pool deck.

Perfect Basecamp+ for the Keys

Our family of 4 had a blast (mom and dad + 10 and 12yo). We fished and paddleboarded around the inlet, swam in the pool, ate at the on-site food truck, and used it as basecamp for trips to the Everglades, John Pennekamp, and Key West.
