Newly decorated townhouse, saltwater lagoon views, 2 pools, tennis courts

Located in Kawama Yacht Club, a gated community in the heart of Key Largo, this well-appointed, 2-bedroom townhouse has high-end finishes, a sizable kitchen island with six stools, and new furniture throughout the unit.

This townhouse is conveniently located directly in front of a saltwater lagoon and just steps from the two pools and playground -- an excellent layout for families. The adults can watch the kids swim in the lagoon while relaxing on the balcony or the small beach.

Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include free parking (up to 2 cars), an on-site marina (with boat ramp), fire pits, barbecues, ocean-front access, 24-hour security, boat trailer parking, a saltwater lagoon, heated pools, a playground, a small sand beach, and tennis courts.

Guests can go boating, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or relax in the tropical sun! Access to the Kawama Marina ramp is free, though watercraft insurance is required at a minimum of $300K. If you need a boat slip, please let us know, and we will provide details.

Kawama Yacht Club is minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, which provides several excellent recreational activities (boat rentals or charters) and is known worldwide for breath-taking scuba diving and snorkeling. Several great restaurants, including the Key Largo Fisheries Backyard Café, Pilot House, and Snooks, are all within 1-3 miles.

Publix grocery store, CVS, Walgreens and liquor stores are just minutes from the house.

Between the on-site amenities and convenient access to Key Largo’s best attractions, Kawama Yacht Club offers everything you need for a relaxing & fun vacation!

Great unit. Very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend renting a golf cart (owner provided the contact, which was perfect). Only thing to note for future renters is that there isn’t a washer and dryer. I missed this detail originally when I was booking, but we figured it out nonetheless. Overall, would rent again! Thank you!

The community was lovely and quiet, with a super convenient location. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any questions we had.The bed was extremely comfortable, and we also loved the sofa in the living room - perfect for relaxing after a long day. Beautiful property in great area!

We loved this condo and its decorations and amenities along with its convenient location. We went in mid-April and the weather was perfect. Condo has everything you need. Walking around the lagoon was almost the highlight of our visit we saw so many fish and lizards! Iguanas too!

Nicely furnished place

Just as un the pictures this is a newly refurbished place with plenty of space for a family. Quiet complex with some facilities and a few short walking options. Couple of restaurants nearby. As others noted only sheer type curtains in the rooms so bring an eye mask.

Perfect location, Great stay

The property was exactly as described. The house was clean and was large enough for my family of 4. The area surrounding the apartment was also very nice, the kids loved looking for wildlife. We were able to use the house as a home base for more exploration of the area, we were close enough to drive to Everglades, Biscayne, and Key West for day trips. We would stay here again in the future if were ever to return to Key Largo.

Very nice place for a trip to the Florida Keys.

We stayed 2 nights on a trip through the Florida Keys. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We were 2 couples, and the bedrooms were upstairs and very comfortable. It was a very nice kitchen with plenty of seating on the island and the living space had a spacious couch and big flat screen TV. It is worth noting that one bath is downstairs and one is upstairs. The location was great with easy access to sites and restaurants. The people in the condo complex were extremely friendly and very tolerant of people staying at VRBO with helpful information about the amenities and their favorite local spots. We were pleasantly surprised with the 'lagoon' which was amazingly clear with some beautiful fish and even lobsters. We even did some snorkeling along the sides of the lagoon. The pools were nice as well. The owners were very helpful with check in instructions and responding to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Great Spot!

Great location and the kids loved the lagoon. You could see an amazing amount of fish from the dock area. Also enjoyed walking down the jetty for the sunrise each morning. The place was great and clean. Everyone in the community was very friendly.

Excellent place with a couple of caveats.

The unit is super clean and in a great location (Kawama Yacht Club). You can tell that was renovated with great taste. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were super clean and kitchen was well stocked. The host was super nice and responsive to a couple of questions. Definitely a great place to stay. Thank you Isis! Just two little things that I want to mention. 1. Unfortunately, this is a 3 story unit but the first floor is not available, being the one that faces the parking spot. Because of that, you have to go around the building to get to the main entrance through the balcony of the second floor which makes it inconvenient with respect to the parking space, specially when you are arriving with your luggage or coming with bags from the grocery store. 2. Missing laundry and dryer machines. I know the listing mention that there´s laundromats nearby, but it will be nice to have those in the unit.

Wonderful stay in Key Largo with an amazing host!

Our stay in Key Largo was absolutely perfect, and it’s all thanks to our incredible host, Isis! After a long day of cancelled flights and a tough journey down from Ohio, arriving at this beautiful property felt like a breath of fresh air. Isis was so accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable, even after our challenging travel day. The communication was outstanding. Isis was always quick to respond, incredibly personable, and thoughtful in every interaction. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the guests’ experiences, which made our stay even more special. The property itself is stunning—very well renovated and beautifully decorated. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described in the listing, if not better! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Key Largo, look no further. With such a wonderful host and a beautifully maintained property, this VRBO is an absolute gem. Thank you, Isis, for making our stay and honeymoon so memorable!

Immaculate, beautiful and perfectly located

For his birthday, my 97YO father wanted to go snorkeling somewhere where there was healthy coral and a variety of marine life to see. My husband and I decided to bring him to Key Largo for snorkeling. From the VRBO website, I chose Isis and Tiziana's condo because it appeared to be beautifully decorated and have the features I wanted. We arrived after dark and the owners could not have been more helpful with check-in. This is a gated community and the guard at the gate got in her golf cart and led us to the condo's doorstep. Inside, the condo looks exactly like the photos on the website. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. All three of us slept very well. Also, the community is very quiet and peaceful. This was our first time in Key Largo, so we did have any idea how far the condo would be from the things we wanted to do. As it turned out, the place was very centrally located for the activities we had planned. We had a great time and would rent Isis and Tiziana's condo again if we ever again visit Key Largo.

Anniversary Getaway

The property was beautiful. I loved the little lagoon filled with fish, and it was a treat to see iguanas in the trees! I definitely would recommend it to family and friends!

A Five-Star Escape in Key Largo

Our Key Largo getaway was nothing short of perfection, thanks to this remarkable VRBO stay! From the moment we stepped into the unit, we were greeted by a tastefully furnished and decorated space that instantly felt like home away from home. Every corner exuded coastal charm, making each moment spent indoors as delightful as the sunny ones outside. Speaking of outside, the on-site lagoon filled with fish was an absolute delight! It was like having our own private aquarium right at our doorstep. Mornings were especially magical as we sipped our coffee under the charming tiki huts, surrounded by the serene beauty of Key Largo. And let's talk about location – simply unbeatable! Nestled in a tranquil spot, we felt like we were in our own little slice of paradise. Yet, we were just a stone's throw away from the vibrant energy of Key Largo. Our evenings were filled with memorable dining experiences at the Pilot House and Snook's Bayside, both of which served up delicious dishes and stunning waterfront views. It was the perfect way to end each day of adventure and relaxation. Overall, our VRBO stay in Key Largo surpassed all expectations. It was a five-star experience in every sense, and we're already counting down the days until we can return!

First time in the Keys

Cute little condo, beautifully decorated. My only complaint is I wish there were blackout curtains on the bedroom windows. Other than that great little place.
