Welcome to this superb, spacious, and quiet apartment located on the third floor of a courtyard building in the heart of Paris's 10th arrondissement.

This perfectly laid-out apartment offers all the comforts needed for a successful stay with family or friends, in close proximity to major Parisian train stations.

The first spacious bedroom features a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with a dedicated dressing area and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second, equally spacious bedroom welcomes you with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) along with bedside tables and lamps.

Linens, including sheets and bath towels, are provided to ensure your comfort upon arrival.

No pets allowed.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment to keep you connected.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, not to mention the raclette grill for convivial evenings. Its real strength lies in its central island, perfect for chatting while cooking before sitting down to a meal in the dining room, which seats up to 8 people.

The inviting living room features a large sofa and comfortable armchairs, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

In addition to the en-suite shower room in the first bedroom, there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a fully equipped laundry area including a washing machine and dryer.

A separate toilet is also available for added privacy.
