La Casa Bonita: 2 BR, 2 BA House in Crystal beach, Sleeps 8

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath house is centrally located on S Monkhouse Drive. You will fall in love with the views! Imagine sitting on the well-furnished deck for coffee, meals, or cocktails with the sound of the waves and the fresh salty breezes. When you are ready to head to the beach, it’s just a short walk or ride!

The open living area has seating for all and a flat-screen television with satellite TV. Preparing and serving meals is easy in this well stocked kitchen with separate dining table. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a Keurig and drip coffee makers; and feel free to mix up some vacation margaritas in the blender! For your convenience, you'll find a washer and dryer on premises, and high speed internet.

With over 1100 square feet, La Casa Bonita easily accommodates 8. The first bedroom offers one queen bed, and the second has a twin over full bunk bed. The living room futon also provides extra room to sleep.

Under the house is the perfect shady spot to grill (bring your own charcoal) family meals that can be served while sitting around the picnic table. Downstairs is also fenced for the security of kids or pets. There is an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. This rental has plenty of fenced parking and a large grassy yard. (But, please don't drive on the grass.)

Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
