Neighborhood getaway

Property was as-advertised and was very conveniently located for us as we have family in the neighborhood that didn't have enough space to house everyone for the holidays. Can't beat the price and the restaurant and bar scene in downtown Jersey City is just a short cab/uber ride away. Hosts were very friendly and super responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Great option for anyone looking for more of a neighborhood feel for their stay in the NYC area.

Spacious and clean

The property was better than billed. Keely kept in touch and was very responsive. Handy to Manhattan. I went several times.

Jersey city stay

Keely was very helpful, place is cute and has fine room for 4 people Parking was a little tough with finding street parking up to a couple blocks away (but that's just how it goes in the area). No dining table so have to eat on couch - ok for us as we didn't eat in much.

College Drop Off

The house was just as advertised outside of not making us aware how awful parking was. If we came back later than 8 pm we were parking up to four blocks away. We never received check in or out directions, but the host was very communicative if I reached out.

Worst rental stay experience ever

Super late check-in to the property due to flight delay and bridge closures once in the city. Once we arrived, we were unable to get in due to the bottom lock of the door being locked, which we had no key for. Luckily the host was accessible after midnight and came over to let us in as soon as she could. Once in the property, decor was as pictured, however my husband immediately noticed, after using the restroom, that the shower basin was not cleaned. He grabbed some cleaning supplies and cleaned. He went into the kitchen and the fridge had not been cleaned and was visibly dirty on the outside with remaining food inside. The microwave, walls/light switches, and floor/rug were dirty as well but we headed to the bedroom for the night. Upon getting into our bedroom of choice, the duvet and throw blanket, which were supposed to be white/cream, were stained and dirty. The white pillow cases also did not appear to be changed. Reached out to the property owner and she agreed to bring clean linens by in the morning however, after a long day of travel and being pregnant, of course we did not care to stay the night in the unclean property. Checked into a hotel for the night and requested refund, which was declined. Offered to resume the remainder of our stay if the cleanliness issues were resolved, and the messages went unaddressed/ignored. We never returned to the property and did not appreciate the lack of resolve of the issue. Would not recommend staying here.

Just seeing this for some reason. And none of the things you were saying is true. You called me at 4 AM to check in time was at 3 PM. You were booed and nasty from the start. I came straight to you when you said you weren’t able to get into the house and I’ll let you in. You were miserable and you were not nice. If you check my reviews you will see that none of it matches up to anything just saying it wasn’t me it was you, but I wish you the best in life. Take care.

Great host

Hit a few snags the first day but Keely was very responsive and fix them promptly. House was clean with all the amenities of home. Short walk to literail with easy access to PATH/NYC
