This will be your new favorite beach house - we’re Absolutely Shore! With 4 bedrooms, 2 levels of decks, a big open living area, and easy access to the beach, this Beachside Village gem is the perfect Island escape for your big family getaways.

Full of thoughtful touches, this beach house was designed with comfort & relaxation in mind. Ride the elevator to the upper level for convenient access to two bedrooms. The primary king suite features deck access and en suite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Down the hall is a queen bedroom with its own deck access and a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the second queen bedroom next door. The third queen bedroom sits on the main level and boasts an en suite bathroom with a standing shower. Last, but certainly not least, at the very top of this fun home is a crow’s nest with 4 twin beds and a twin bunk - perfect for kids or teens.

The wall of windows and cozy, neutral furnishings light up the main level and make you feel right at home. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee, and take a seat on the large, comfy sectional in front of the TV. When everyone is up, breakfast is a cinch with the fully-equipped kitchen. The dining table seats 10 people, and the breakfast bar seats 4.

Enjoy a moment on the covered deck or on the ground level patio. Both have plenty of outdoor seating for dining al fresco or soaking in the sights. When the water calls, stroll down to the beach for some fun in the sun. The convenient outdoor shower is perfect for washing away the salt and sand. End your nights with a family barbeque over the charcoal grill, and talk about all your favorite memories from the trip!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Beautiful house
The house was beautiful and very clean, welled relaxing quiet location with exceptions of not having a refrigerator that doesn’t get cold we only had bottled water and fruit, ice machine does not work and wasn’t enough towels. We are looking to come again l
