Unlike many condos at the lake, the cleaning fee and linen fees are included in your daily rate.

Modern condo offers beautiful views & breathtaking sunsets overlooking Smith Mountain Lake from your spacious private balcony with electric grill.

Cheerfully decorated with a lake décor, the condo features a queen bed, full sleeper sofa, linens are included, fully equipped kitchenette with a cooktop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator.

The bath, which is shared by the bedroom and the living room, features a tub and shower.

This is a larger 500+ SF unit contrasted with the smaller units in the other building. This unit includes a separate bedroom instead of a studio bedroom space. Roku television and internet is provided.

At Stripers Landing you'll find a junior Olympic size pool, a kiddy pool, picnic table area with charcoal grills, the covered pavilion beside the pool has gas grills, bathrooms and there's an ice machine located between the pavilion and the pool. Pool hours and availability vary by season.

The key fob provided will allow access to the pool and the boat ramp. Additional parking for boat owners. Shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and a public beach area are just a short drive away.

The unit also includes a serviceable "house guitar" for guests who enjoy playing.

*** Please note: We do not have a boat slip, though there is parking for the boat and trailer and easy access to the dock. IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT PLEASE ALERT US IN ADVANCE AS WE WILL NEED TO ARRANGE A PASS FOR THE BOAT PARKING AREA WITH THE HOA. Parking for cars does not require a pass. ***

The host was very responsive and helpful as we planned our trip. They were flexible with our arrival time, and helpful with offering suggestions on places to eat, etc, for our trip. While we never met, I feel like I made a friend at SML. When we return, we will definitely stay here. The condo was lovely, and well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Condo is very well maintained and very cute and comfortable. Porch is the perfect spot to sit and see the lake. Owner was very good about giving us information we needed. Conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely rent again.

Cozy stay at Smith Mountain Lake

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with my family. The pool was awesome, the condo was clean and cozy, and the location is a close drive to multiple restaurants, parks and other activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

My husband & I have rented this same condo multiple times and would do so even more often if work load and family responsibilities would allow because they are wonderful hosts!

The condo is absolutely adorable.y daughter and I loved the accommodations and the decorations. We had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is a hike, but we're used to that now. Definitely recommend.

Amazing weekend by the lake!

My partner, dog and I stayed at this cute apartment by the lake to attend a weekend reunion/gathering with family and friends! The spot is conveniently located, has an amazing view of the lake from the living room and balcony, and Todd communicated efficiently beforehand and provided everything we could need to make our stay relaxing and efficient. Highly recommend staying here for a visit to Smith Mountain Lake.
