Striper's Landing is in a convenient location in Moneta off of Scruggs Rd. about 5 miles to Westlake Town Center for all your shopping needs. Waterfront location is on Gills Creek off of the Blackwater Channel, which is very popular for skiing, wakeboarding & fishing.

Engineered wood floors, carpeted bedroom, granite countertops in kitchen. Full bath w/ newly tiled shower & floor as well as a new comfort height toilet. Well-appointed with comfortable accessories, linens & towels provided, well stocked kitchen including a Keurig Coffee Maker & also beautifully furnished. One queen sized bedroom & living room ottoman/coffee table folds out to a twin sized bed with memory foam mattress (unlock wheels to move) Just bring your personal items, beach towels & favorite pillow if desired (nice pillows provided). Shower Dispenser just installed with Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash.

Beautiful Sunsets! Condo & deck overlooks the Olympic sized swimming pool which is situated below, right on the lake. Pool is normally open between Memorial Day & Labor Day.
The owners, on premises, boat slip might be available for you to use during your stay. Inquire with owner to check availability. Currently offering a reduced rate of $10.00 per night (normally $15.00)! Owner leases this on site slip for $800.00 a year, so it will be available for one of her two condos, but it is leased through my other condo (VRBO #4634036) which has first rights to its use. Boat ramp on site for your use & parking for your trailer. Tags for trailer & boat parking are required by the POA to avoid towing & are provided by owner. You are free to use the boat ramp & parking area if boat slip rental/use is not desired.

Stripers Landing Condos are located on Gills Creek near mile marker G-10 at SML & super convenient to Westlake Town Center & SML Restaurants.

This 3rd floor getaway offers easy access via the buildings center ramp from the parking lot (no stairs - enter by sloped ramp) & one of the best lake views in the development, from the center of the left condo building (1085 Bluewater Dr. Moneta, VA.). A wonderful affordable option for your vacation getaway at Smith Mountain Lake.

Newly resurfaced Olympic Sized Pool & Picnic Pavilion with new furniture, restrooms/showers, ice machine, Tennis Courts & Laundry Facility on site. Pool is opened at least Memorial Day through Labor Day.

We have a great housekeeper that will insure you are not disappointed with the cleanliness of our condo when you arrive. Inexpensive cleaning fee of $75.00 is to be left for her on the dresser, at the end of your stay.
