Unique lake home with Italian lodge design features 5100 sq ft of marble, granite, natural stone and hardwood throughout. Builder spared no expense when creating this getaway! Vacation home has 7 bdrm 4 bath, extra large kitchen with 2 dishwashers and open concept. Entertainment room has air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, pool table and 2 arcade machines for family fun. Rear of house has tons of floor to ceiling windows to take in the beautiful lake and nature views. Sunroom and rear deck provide sanctuary for quiet spaces to read and enjoy your vacation. Wildlife seen frequently on back of property include abundant deer, fox and varieties of birds. Home features 3 marble large walk-in showers as well as other luxury appointments. Land between the lakes park, nature trails and boat rentals nearby at Lake Barkley State Park Resort. Gas and smoker barbeque grills available at property.

We really enjoyed your beautiful home, the lake and precious wildlife . We grilled and played games and really relaxed and laughed a lot ! We enjoyed a meal at Patti’s settlement one day . We would definitely recommend this property .Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us !The worst thing for us was Georgia won in overtime against our Tennessee Vol football team , but… we really feel good about our season . There were 7 of us on the getaway. The 2 refrigerators were not clean, the cabinet in the kitchen, where the trash cans were kept, was nasty. There were lots of cigarette butts in a concrete planter by the front door, the coffee pot had not been cleaned, there was a lot of dust, but the sheets and towels were clean. I have communicated with the owner and he is aware of the issues.

Great house for family reunion of 13 adults. There was enough space to give everyone the privacy they needed while still enjoying each other's company. David was a good host and responded quickly to any questions before and during our stay.

Great family vacation

Our stay at the Italian lodge was wonderful. There were 6 adults and 8 children ranging from 5 to 15. Lots of wonderful memories were made. There was plenty of space for the whole group and the game room was a huge hit with all my grandkids & my adult children! David was a great host & very responsive.

I can not say enough about this property and the host. David was very easy and responsive to talk with. He made sure we had everything we needed and knew all the "rules" of the house. We had our family reunion here and everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the venue. It was large enough to house most of our out of town guests and had great amenities. The kids loved the game room and garage for playing in. The house was mostly clean with it being as large as it is I can understand the cleaning crew can only do so much so maybe picking a room to "deep" clean once a month would easily do the trick. I and my family are hoping to rent again next year.

Great place for our group

Had a couple, 3 men and 4 youth between 13 and 18. Leaves enough beds and even had enough dining room chairs for everyone! (We do our own cooking, one seems to be king of the grill while another can go to the fridge and panty and come up with a gourmet meal from scratch).. Enjoyable time.

Good place for large families

We loved the house, and it was ample in size to accommodate 11 of us. The home is in need of some repair, particularly on the back deck, and the floor exiting the house. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. As far as cleanliness goes the outside living areas, definitely need to be cleaned but the counters and furniture inside what is clean. Although there are supposed to be access in the backyard to the lake, there were so many fallen trees that we couldn’t enter the water there. The bathroom situation is a little bit funky there were two jack and Jill bathrooms. One bedroom had a commode in it and then there was a bathroom that three bedroom shared, which was also the only one on the ground level where the kitchen and living room are. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves on this vacation.

Beautiful House

This was the perfect weekend. My husband and I along with our 3 daughters, their husbands, children rented this amazing house for a long weekend to spend time together. The house was perfect for us. Places for the kids to play, places to gather with everyone, and even a quiet room when you need to get away from the kids. It was perfect. The host was amazing as well. We hope to rent again.

Fall Break

Went for a long weekend with adult children/spouses and grandchildren. 16 total plenty of room, loved all of the accommodations. Plan on booking another trip for maybe a week next time.

60th birthday getaway for my wife and family

This location was the perfect spot to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday! Family from Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Pennsylvania and New York all loved our stay. The Host is 100% a great host and communicator! The local wildlife, the proximity to Nashville, the opportunity to rent a pontoon and spend a day on the lake, to having Triplet's BBQ cater a large family dinner all made for an abolute amazing experience!

Two thumbs up!

We very much enjoyed our stay, It was a hot week so the game room kept us entertained during the day!! Great amenities and appliances for a large gathering! Boat slip provided accommodated my fish and ski perfectly!! Lots of wildlife sneaking around the quiet community as well!! Only con was the windows needed a good cleaning!
