SOUND CASTLE

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Topsail Beach vacation rental is the perfect place to relax on your next beach escape. Located in a quiet, family friendly area, you can enjoy the Topsail sound or the beach.

**Linens included in rental. We provide sheets for 3 beds, 6 bath towels, 6 wash cloths, 3 makeup cloths, 2 hand towels, 2 dish towels and 1 dish cloth. Beach towels are not provided.

**Sunday to Sunday check-in during summer months.

**I am so sorry, but we are not allowing pets at this time.

**No smoking allowed.

**Due to size of home, can only accommodate a maximum of 5 adults.

Great location and property was very clean.In the description of the property, stated that towels, beach towels, wash rags, etc were included. Beach towels are not included as standard (have to request for beach towels, not clear in description) and the property only had two bath towels. To the host’s credit, she did say that she would have someone drop some off, but we already went and purchased some up the road by then. The property also did not supply extra trash bags, paper towels, or toilet paper. In my other rental experiences, I have never had to go purchase standard toiletries or linens, and we only had a two night stay. I will say the location is outstanding; it is a short walk up the road for the beach (three to five minutes) and there is a little area to sightsee the sound right next to the house. The owner of the property was very kind and responsive, and had a great little binder of things to do in the area and restaurants.

Great property which is convenient to both ocean and sound beaches. Property manager was easy to reach and provided answers and suggestions to all my questions. I would stay there again.

Great sound side house.

I loved my stay at this house. It was clean and well equipped. You could see the sound from the porch and there is also a beach access at the end of the road.

Weekend Beach Getaway

My wife, teenage son, and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host checked in with us after arriving our first night to ensure everything was good. The house had plenty of room to both be together and get away from each other.This was our first time visiting Topsail Island. The house is at the far Southern end of the island. It was very peaceful and made it easy to relax. The beach and the sound are both within very short walks of the house. This made it easy for the family to go fishing in different locations.We all commented that staying here for a longer amount of time would be great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

A sweet house in a sweet location

Our family group consisted of 4 adults and 2 children (a 5 yo and a 1 yo), and the size was perfect for us. When we first made the booking, Angie contacted us to make sure we knew that the house was a smaller house. We appreciated her concern, but we decided the size would work for us, and it really did. Not only was the size good, but the location was also perfect. The house is very easy walking distance from the Sound beach (which is a beach with calm water, especially good for young children) and very easy walking distance to the lovely ocean beach (be sure to rent a beach cart to lug beach toys and towels and cabanas). We adults liked that it was a short driving distance to The Quarter Moon shop and the Beach Grill and Larry's Deli-Que. The house is clean, updated, and in good repair. We grandparents liked that sound didn't carry from the upstairs bedrooms to the downstairs bedroom (where we stayed), so sharing a house with a young toddler worked out well. Angie responded to our questions quickly and pleasantly. We certainly hope to stay at this sweet cottage again.

Relaxing beach vacation

The house is beautiful and has all you need - close proximity to the beach, the sound, nice balcony, all you need in the kitchen, if you want to cook etc. We would totally stay there again!

Fantastic Stay in Topsail Beach!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is perfectly situated a short walk from both the ocean beach and the sound. We were able to enjoy two sunsets on the sound side and one sunrise on the ocean side. The section of beach is beautiful and uncrowded given that the house is located toward the end of the island. The house itself is nicely decorated, newly updated, and very comfortable for our party of four adults and one teenager. It was also very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was very accessible and clearly communicated the check-in and checkout procedures. She was also very flexible with our checkout time. Highly recommended.

3 bedroom getaway near Topsail Beach

Comfortable beds, one bedroom downstairs with kitchen and bath. Two upstairs with a bathroom between. Small living room area open concept with small kitchen. Outside deck with chairs to enjoy the evening sky. Outside showers for cleaning up before entering the house is nice. Angie was so great and helped with questions. The access to Topsail beach was .18 of a mile, which is about three football fields long. We found it easy, but might bring a collapsible wagon next time. Side note: we saw local police cars checking out everything every other day. The area was safe and quiet.

Summer Vacation ‘23

This is our second time staying at this house. We love that this location is by the ocean and the sound. Perfect spot to walk Serenity Point, fish in the sound, and launch kayaks close to the house! Angie is a wonderful host.
