Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the great room or whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen - configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Kick back in the plush primary suite, where a roomy en-suite features an oversize soaking tub. A guest bedroom and bath also feature on this level.
Kick back for movie nights in the lower-level family room, which also includes a remote work setup. Two guest bedrooms and a guest bath round out this floor’s layout. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi.
Your reservation includes guest passes to the Trout Creek Recreation Center (a nominal daily fee per person required on-site). Amenities include swimming pools, a fitness center, a sauna, and access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. Other popular nearby attractions include the Donner Memorial State Museum, Donner Memorial State Park, Shoreline Park, and Donner Summit Bridge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Dock details: There is a shared dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina (12915 Donner Pass Rd, Truckee, CA 96161). Please bring your guest access cards. Guests who wish to launch a trailered vessel at Beach Club Marina are required to register the vessel with Tahoe Donner. To register: Bring a copy of your vessel registration. Bring proof of insurance for your vessel with Tahoe Donner named as additionally insured. Be prepared to sign a release of liability waiver. Additionally in 2022, all boat owners are now required to self-inspect their watercraft prior to launching. A self-inspection must be completed prior to receiving a Donner Lake 2022 sticker. Once the form is complete, owners will bring their completed form to the Police Department to be signed. Upon completion, a sticker will be issued.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
