Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

After a day on the mountain, kick back by the gas fireplace and let the warmth soak in. Toss your clothes in the washer/dryer, grab a blanket, and enjoy movie night with the smart TV, Nintendo Wii, or one of the many board games provided.

The fully equipped kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and everything you need to make your favorite meals. Gather around the dining table for dinner or a friendly game night—either way, it’s all about good company and great memories.

Whether you’re here for snowy adventures or peaceful summer hikes, this condo is your home base for a truly relaxing Lake Tahoe getaway.

Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as the community improves its amenities for an even better guest experience in the future.'

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
