IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I am committed to welcoming you in the best possible conditions and preserving the spirit of Villa Equinoxe. The house does not have specific equipment for young children (no outdoor games or dedicated play areas), and its proximity to the water requires special vigilance. For these reasons, it is not particularly suitable for accommodating a large number of young children, who must remain under the constant supervision of adults. To guarantee the quality of the premises and equipment, a security deposit of €3,000 is required upon arrival (uncashed check), which will be returned after your stay provided the property is treated with respect. The house rules, provided upon booking, specify the conditions of stay. I am of course available to discuss your stay with you beforehand to ensure that the villa perfectly meets your expectations.
