The views can be seen from multiple rooms and porches in this 3 bedroom/3 bath oceanfront Beach Club Villa. Open the front door and shake off the stress your vacation is here! This villa has floor to ceiling windows in the great room. Mix yourself a drink at the bar and relax in the comfortable living room furniture. A 55" Smart TV lets you watch and stream while kicking back. Sliders lead out to the rear deck. Gather around the dining table, which seats 8, for evening meals or family game night. A sweet breakfast table seats two. The kitchen has sliders to the beach front deck. The perfect spot for morning coffee. There is a table, umbrella and chairs on the deck which makes the a great spot for lunch or dinner while watching the dolphins frolic in the waves.

The first floor has two guest bedrooms located on the first floor, both have private baths. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has twin beds and a bath with walk-in shower. There is also a 45" Smart TV in this bedroom. Head up the stairs to the master suite. Wake up each morning to breathtaking beach views from the king bed. Sliders leading out to a private balcony let you start your morning off in total relaxation. For your entertainment the master suite has a desk and 45" Smart TV. The bath has a walk-in shower. Owners have an extensive book selection for your use. No need to pack blow dryers, they have been provided for you!

The laundry room is on the first floor. A full size washer and dryer are available to you. The laundry room also houses a second refrigerator.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Amenity cards allowing access to the Club amenities are NOT available with this condo. You cannot purchase amenity cards. You do have access to the The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike. Or take a ride to Charleston (25 miles) and enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
