Upscale Adirondack inspired Evan's Lodge - Skaneateles-1.5 mile drive to Village
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the beauty, serenity and splendor of The Evan's Lodge. This beautiful, 4500 square foot lodge style home is situated in Skaneateles on Main Street just a 1.5 miles east of Skaneateles downtown center. With downtown Skaneateles under a two minute drive away, you have the best of both worlds, peace and tranquility and Skaneateles downtown center at your fingertips!
This magnificent home sits on over 50 private, beautiful acres. The Evan's Lodge and the location are reminiscent of the Adirondacks while just up the road from downtown! It is a stately craftsman style lodge that has been renovated top to bottom, professionally interior designed with plenty of room for families to gather or have their separate quiet areas. It is 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 4 1/2 bathrooms over three levels.
The main level has a gorgeous kitchen with granite counter tops and an open floor plan to the living room. There is plenty of seating with a formal dining room that seats 8 people, a morning room that seats 6 people and a kitchen island that seats 4 people. There is a wet bar in the main level living room with granite counter tops and a wine refrigerator. The main living room has beautiful cathedral ceilings and a warm and cozy fireplace for those chilly autumn and winter nights. There is also a main level master bathroom with a gorgeous master bathroom suite and walk in closet. The second level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All full bathrooms have beautiful tile surrounds with granite counter tops. The second level bathrooms and lower level bathroom all have heated tile floors. The lower level walk out has two more bedrooms, a spacious living room and a kitchenette with granite counter tops and wine refrigerator. There is a spacious deck on the main level and there is also a beautiful stone fire pit in the fenced in backyard . We welcome you to be our guests at The Evan's Lodge and to start making memories that will last a lifetime!
Guest Access:
Entry to the front door is keyless. The primary guest will receive a text and an email with the key code 30-60 minutes prior to the 4pm checkin time.
The Neighborhood:
Please note, as of 2015, the "Village" of Skaneateles disallowed ALL short-term rentals (any rentals under 30 days).This property is one of the very few located in the "Town" that are within a short 2 minute drive to the shops, restaurants, lake, grocery stores, etc.
Interaction with Guests:
You will receive a text 2 hours after the 4pm checkin time to see if everything is clean & comfortable but we are available by phone 24/7 during your stay.
Other things to note:
**Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, sign Owners Rental Agreement after confirmation of reservation and provide proof of ID.
**No gatherings including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc. ADDITIONAL VISITORS AT ANY TIME REQUIRE PRE-AUTHORIZATION.
**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found).
