It has five bedrooms & four full bathrooms. On the main floor there is a beautiful kitchen, living room and dining room with Stickley furniture, along with a spacious deck and fenced in backyard. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level. The first main level bedroom is the primary suite and has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds and the second bathroom is located off the living room. On the second floor, three additional guest bedrooms, all with queen beds. There are also two additional full bathrooms. There is also a beautiful billiard room on the second level that has ample seating and a 9ft regulation size pool table. The laundry room is also located on the second floor and has two washers and two dryers. This home is owned and managed by Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals in Skaneateles, NY.



**Primary guest must be 30 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.



**We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, graduations, receptions, brunches, etc, .



**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
