Summary:
Another incredible renovation project that Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals has added to their portfolio in July of 2022! This historic home sits on a 5 acre piece of property with two other separate buildings that include the Carriage House (2 bed/2 bath), The Tack House (1 bed/1 bath Upper unit, 2 bed/2 bath lower unit). (Please note that each of these properties are all rented separately and that the rental rates listed for this property DOES NOT include the other properties listed. This property complex is privately situated and surrounded by beautiful farm fields with just a 15 minute walk to the village! (Here are the VRBO #'s for the other listings on this property: 2663068, 2663069 & 2663070)

The Space:
This beautiful, historic, Georgian style home just underwent a full home renovation that took over one year to complete. It was recently released for rentals starting July/2022. It has five bedrooms & four full bathrooms. On the main floor there is a beautiful kitchen, living room and dining room with Stickley furniture, along with a spacious deck and fenced in backyard. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the second bathroom is located off the living room. On the second floor, there are two full bathrooms and three additional bedrooms, all with queen beds. There is also a beautiful billiard room on the second level that has ample seating and a 9ft regulation size pool table. The laundry room is also located on the second floor and has two washers and two dryers. This home is owned and managed by Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals in Skaneateles, NY.

**Primary guest must be 30 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.

**We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, graduations, receptions, brunches, etc, .

**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

Great place!

This was a perfect place for our group! Loved the deck for visiting and eating! Backyard was great for bocce ball! The house was very clean and well stocked! We were all glad we chose to stay here! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion

Cousins stayed at property next to 5 bedroom. Other family members stopped on the way to event. Large kitchen , deck and outdoor grounds made for a great family get together. The best rental of our experience, definitely a 5 star property.

Beautiful Remodeled Farmhouse

Great experience from start to finish, there was great communication with our property manager right from the beginning. House was absolutely beautiful and completely remodeled. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a weekend stay. Very clean and spacious. Nice walk to downtown. We would all highly recommend!

Beautiful home for wedding group

We were grateful to be hosted by Debbie and her team in this beautiful home for my wedding weekend. The house is big and spacious, yet cozy at the same time. Enjoy the beautiful sunny mornings on the deck and the charming fireplace in the sitting room at night. We were minutes from Skaneateles and Auburn. We’ll never forget all the precious memories from this trip!

new years eve weekend

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was well appointed, stocked and location was perfect to walk to Rosalie's for dinner, Mirabeau for drinks and town for coffee and lunch. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for 8 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs. Debbie was wonderful to work with and communicated wonderfully with us. We will defiantly be back soon! Skaneateles is such a cute little town. The lake is beautiful.

Birthday Weekend

My wife and brother both turned 40 and my siblings and I brought tell out of town for the weekend the celebrate. The house is setup perfectly for large groups. We had 8 adults and one of the bedrooms wasn’t even used. The house looks to be newly remodeled. Everything was very clean. We were also within a mile of all the restaurants and night life the town had to offer.

Great Place With One Flaw

The Skaneateles home was beautiful. Clean and spacious. The only problem was that all the beds were very high (about hip high). Could not touch the floor with our feet when sitting on the bed. This made it difficult for our group (all in our 60’s) to get in and out of bed. Might not be a problem for younger guests. Also, it was a bit far for our group to walk to town. But we were able to park in town relatively easily.

This place was wonderful. As nice as the pictures show it to be. I've rented several vacation units, and this is the cleanest that I have seen. The decor is outstanding. It was very comfortable for five couples.

Beautiful home and a perfect location

Great house for groups!

We highly recommend this house! It was big and comfortable, updated and clean. We enjoyed being outside on the big deck with a grill and enjoyed the fire pit as well. The kitchen and the living room were perfect for hosting 10 people for three nights. The host fixed an AC issue right away on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend and communicated throughout the weekend with questions we had. We appreciated how comfortable the bedding and towels were and how there was extra of everything, including cleaning supplies. The location was great and we enjoyed being right outside town from shops, the lake and wineries. We will be back again!!
