In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 6, the maximum allowed occupancy is 14, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

Completely renovated in 2023, this Kiawah Island vacation rental is a 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beach house with a new heated private saltwater pool and all new furnishings and kitchen appliances. Located just beside Boardwalk 33, this home offers easy access to the beach, with your toes in the sand in just a couple of minutes.

Inside, the home features an open floor plan with one-floor living and plenty of natural light. The dining room seats eight and the spacious gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with a large center island, bar stool seating for six, a kitchen table which seats 10, two large sinks, a double oven, gas cooktop, two dishwashers, a refrigerator, plus a full-size beverage fridge, and an ice maker. All the amenities and counter space you need to make kitchen prepping, cooking, and cleanup a breeze for a crowd.

The home offers four king bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms and one with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with a double queen room. A fun built-in bunk room with a twin bed over a queen makes this beach house kid-friendly. All bedrooms have their own TV.

The home features a Tesla EV Charger and other tech goodies, such as a rack-mounted network, powered by 1200 Mbps of high-speed Internet, with 5 strategically located wireless access points. All TVs are CAT6 wired directly to the network to provide uninterrupted streaming of your favorite streaming subscription services. The family room features an 85” TV and the kitchen a 65” TV. Both TVs are configured with Sonos Arc Soundbars and Sonos Surround Sound - great entertainment for music streaming services or watching movies.

Outside, there is a screen porch with TV for relaxing, and the heated private saltwater pool is perfect for a dip any time of year, weather permitting. Sonos-powered speakers poolside provide additional entertainment as you enjoy the convenience of the outdoor kitchen BBQ featuring a built-in Coyote Gas Grill and a Coyote Power Burner, perfect for Lowcountry boils. Guests will also find an outdoor shower where you can rinse off after a long day on the beach!

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The dimensions of the pool are 10' x 20'. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
