I apologize if this is long:
We used to stay at another part of the Gulf Coast for over 20 years for spring break. Due to Hurricane Ian, that was not possible this year. I searched VRBO and found this lovely rental. Nancy was very good about communicating regarding the check-in process and other questions. She met us at the property and welcomed us. The beach house truly is just a short walk to the beach! We found at other rentals that they were often stocked with garage sale quality pots, pans, etc., so I started bringing my own. This is not necessary here! The beach house is fully stocked with dishes, cups, new pots and pans, sharp knives, a waffle maker, and grills, to name a few. There was also sugar, flour and a variety of spices that you don't find provided at other places. The bed was comfortable and what a luxury it was to have an en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom. The backyard patio was great to have, especially on windy days. The outdoor shower was used frequently to rinse off our sandy feet. Although there are not a lot of beachside restaurants, we walked to the Conch Republic (not on beach) and Mango's in the Doubletree Hotel (beachside) and had a couple of nice meals and drinks. Other restaurants and bars were also within walking distance and some others and grocery stores were a quick drive. Because this is a newer rental, Nancy asked for our opinions on what else should be provided. We felt valued as guests/renters rather than a source of income. All in all, I highly recommend the Sunflower Beach House.
