The two bedrooms both have new premium quality Queen beds, and share a center bathroom area with a walk-in shower. The full kitchen includes all kitchenware, appliances, microwave, full-size refrigerator as well as coffee maker & blender.

The ranch is complete with high-speed WiFi Internet service, flat screen TV, washer & dryer, with street parking. Stay for a week or a month!
Cleaning procedures are implemented for every arrival including disinfection of all commonly handled surfaces & washing of all linens/ towels.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor.

Reorganization of any kind or moving of furniture, moving any of our decor items, moving wall hangings, or redecorating of any type within our vacation home is not permitted. This is our personal home that we have opened for our guests and that we have decorated with our possessions.
Most guests are more than happy to leave the rental property in the same condition they found it but the few who don’t, are the main reason why we must say this.
