Esta casa unifamiliar de 2 dormitorios ubicada en Indian Shores está a solo unos pasos del intercostal y el Golfo de México. En medio de condominios y edificios de apartamentos, ven a este encantador bungalow, convenientemente ubicado en la planta baja. Cama Queen en una habitación, cama Full Size en la segunda habitación. Todas las camas acaban de comprarse y son nuevas. Bañera de hidromasaje.

La encimera de la cocina ha sido reemplazada y es nueva. Cuenta con un nuevo fregadero y está totalmente equipado con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina, que incluyen lavavajillas, microondas, olla, olla insta y cafetera. Cocina-comedor. Great rental property. Located in a less busy area but 15 mins from any larger attractions. Highly recommended! Located a block away from the beach was perfect. Rich and Elisa are great owners and communicate well. No problems with our stay at all.

Banana bungalow was wonderful! We had some issues with travel prior to arriving and they were so nice and understanding about it. The place was very clean and organized, the kitchen had everything we needed. The on-site laundry was perfect especially traveling with my 3 kids! The beach was so close plus having the park across the street was great for the kids. We loved having the wagon to transport all our things to and from the beach as well. We love Indian Rocks and can't wait to come back. We would love to start at the bungalow again!

We were so sad for you all when weather affected travel for more than a whole day, that’s why we tried to give you almost a whole extra day since there were no other renters coming in right away. We so love the closeness to Indian Shores and Indian Rock beaches. The park is so convenient - right across from the Banana Bungalow. Since all of the appliances are brand new this year the washer and dryer come in handy. We’d love to have you back.

We just returned from a week at the banana bungalow the last week in Feb of 2026 and had a perfect trip. The property was exactly as described and the hosts were wonderful to deal with. The property is less than 200 steps from the beach and the beach was less busy than surrounding beaches, but still close to many restaraunts/coffee shops/ bars and activities. The house came with a wagon, 2 chairs and umbrella for the beach and pickleball paddles/ball for the public court that is right next door. The kids loved the 2 bikes that were also included. We did cook meals a couple nights and the house was equipped with everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks Rich and Elisa!

Very comfortable and close to a wonderful beach

Nicely decorated with a beach theme. Loved being so close to the intercoastal for fishing and the gulf for swimming. Great restaurants nearby.

Ann, the beach is so close! My wife and I just went on a nice long walk yesterday as it is so convenient. The beds are super comfortable with new mattresses that help contribute to a good nights sleep.

Great place Great location

We loved staying at the Banana Bungalow!!! Communicating with the owners was very easy and they were very accommodating. The place itself is very cute and very close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

We love that you come every year, and we try to answer and connect really fast so that anything that might come up could be resolved quickly. We have international phone planes as we travel all over for work, but can respond from anywhere. Today, we are on the wifi of the airplane in the air ;). You all are always welcome back.

Great Cottage, Great location , Great Experience

We so enjoyed our stay at Banana Bungalow. The cottage was very well maintained, was in a great location convenient to both the beach and to fine dining. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this place for an enjoyable vacation experience!

Lovely Beach Bungalow

Bungalow is just perfect! Across the street from the beach with intracoastal waterway right behind us. Location is great. We love it here!

Hi! We are Rich and Elisa. We have four amazing kids who are all out of the house now. Our youngest graduated from UCF, bringing us to Florida's beautiful state. We travel a lot as we started a non-profit working in Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, and Costa Rica. We primarily work with at-risk families who live and work in the garbage dumps. We also have a home for abused and pregnant girls in Ecuador. We love the beach and have enjoyed many beaches around the world. We really love our beach here, and we hope you will, too!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love that this place is close to the white sandy beaches. There are golf courses close by, restaurants, and other activities within walking distance. It is safe, right next to the police station. The sunrise and sunset are amazing. The banana trees and palm trees surrounding the house and the fun tin ceiling give the place a fun, "beachy" vibe while still being clean and modern. Our favorite is The luxury of walking out the door and taking a few steps to the beach.

You can go fishing in the intercostal or ocean. There is a screened-in porch to eat, do online work, have coffee, or simply enjoy the outdoors. It is right next to a public park, including playgrounds for kids, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. We love it.
