The entire house is ready for long or short term stays. We offer a smart TV in the large living room. One king sized bed and the second room has a queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen is completely stocked so you can come & enjoy our terrific restaurants or choose to create your own masterpieces. You can even enjoy your lunch or dinner on the back porch. The house is in a small subdivision. You have a one car garage & two more parking spots in the driveway. No street parking.

Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet - no wipes flushable or otherwise. The pipes cannot tolerate wipes and it will result in a plumber coming to the property with the guest being billed.

Non-shedding dogs under 20 pounds allowed.

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

No smoking of cigarettes, cigars, weed, or vaping. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

No filming, parties, or events.

If you leave items in the property after departure, you will be responsible for the cost to return the item plus an additional $20.

Great house and terrific host

We stayed in Brandon while moving our kids into college, a 5 day stay. The house was perfect, the living room is comfortable enough to watch TV as a family. The house is near the Rez, a nice area. We also were in town during the MS book festival, very highly recommend. The host was terrific. She checked in to make sure we were comfortable, I sent her a msg when I missed trash day, and she messaged me that my daughter left her tablet. She went above and beyond and returned the tablet to my other daughter. Her responses were very quick, within minutes. I would 100% stay at this house again.

medical trip

Ours was a medical trip to Jackson. The quiet neighborhood was ideal for recuperating. A lovely, well appointed home. Close to restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Perfect for us!

Well appointed, comfortable stay

The location was very convenient since my doctor visits were in Flowood. The house was well appointed and comfortable as I recuperated. I would stay there again.

Convenient, clean and quiet neighborhood.

Convenient, clean and a quiet area. Coffee maker needs to have full size filters, not the two-four cup type style that were in the house.
