Private 1 Room Studio Apt Near Bonita Beach

Relax in a private, one-room studio just 2 miles from Bonita Springs' beautiful sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast. This beautifully-furnished studio is in the upstairs, separate section of my home in a quiet neighborhood.

Rest-assured, you'll have complete privacy as you enter through your own private entrance to your separate, upstairs part of the house.

The studio is furnished with all you need and more to be comfortable including a full-size bathroom/shower and kitchenette. Your expertly-decorated studio also includes a comfortable living area outfitted with an HD Smart TV with cable and internet-streaming capabilities, a full-size pullout couch, and love seat. Your stay includes use of the home's new washer and dryer and detergents.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, indoor grill, flat top griddle, an island with an overhang eating area, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and even condiments. Each and every night, your Serta Beautyrest, pillow-top, king-size bed will be waiting to greet you.

If you're wanting to get a taste of the local food, everything you need is within a mile or two. In fact, two local restaurants are within walking distance (.4 miles!) Borrow the two bikes in the garage and head down 2 miles to the beach, or hop in your car and be at the beach within a few minutes. Public parking spaces are available at an hourly parking rate, or get to the beach early enough and you can nab one of the free beach parking spots (map is in the studio). This is a vacationer's perfect location and set-up. This location is perfect if you want everything close by and don't want to have to drive far.

But if you want to explore all the area has to offer, head just 15 minutes north or south and you'll hit two of the areas hottest new mall hangout areas... the Coconut Pointe Mall in Estero or the Mercato mall, also the nightlife capital, in Naples.

Forget the busy and bright condos, enjoy my quiet neighborhood and really relax this time on vacation. This space is sure to beat any local hotel room. If you don’t need a large amount of space, just great amenities, than this is the place for you.
