This bright, updated condo is situated literally around the corner from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Sugar Mountain Public Golf & Tennis Clubs. It is centrally located to Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, Boone, and everything the High Country has to offer.

The space:
This centrally located retreat is perfect for those looking to be in the middle of the action, but who also want the tranquility and privacy of being surrounded by nature. In addition to being right around the corner from year-round, family-friendly outdoor activities, the condo is less than five minutes from vacation essentials such as amazing restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. Being a bottom floor, end-unit affords the space an additional level of privacy, as well as a large covered patio which provides the ability to step outside regardless of the weather.

Upon arrival, you will find a keyless entry lock so that you never have to worry about carrying around a key. The covered, private entrance extends into a bright and airy foyer allowing you a place to safely and securely store all of your gear. After descending a short set of stairs, you will find a cozy bedroom with an inviting queen-sized bed equipped with Serta memory foam. There are ample storage options available, including a closet, dresser, luggage racks, and access to a very large hall closet for even more space.

Directly across the hall is a recently updated bathroom, well-stocked with all of the necessities for your trip. Just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste :)

Completing the space is an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with kitchen essentials and more, including a Keurig Duo, cutlery, toaster, and crockpot for those chili kinds of nights. It also boasts full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher and stackable washer/dryer to assist in making your stay as undemanding as possible.

At the end of the day, nestle by the fire in the snuggly sofa chair or take a leisurely nap in the recliner. The sofa easily converts to a queen-sized bed in order to accommodate additional guests or anyone who would enjoy a restful night's sleep by the fire.

A sliding glass door connects the living space to an accomodating patio and dining set. The patio is a perfect place to sit and listen to nature that surrounds you, and you may even meet a furry friend or two. It is also a great place to read a good book, have your morning cup of coffee, or enjoy a glass of wine at night. In warm weather months, you can extend the screen and allow the outdoors in.

Guest access:
Level, gravel parking is available in front of the condo unit. The condo is accessible by a lighted, wooden stairway including two small staircases. The stairway and parking areas are both maintained in the winter months for ice and snow.
- NOTE: This property requires stairs which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. The ability to traverse stairs is required.

Other things to note:
The condo is perfectly situated for two guests, but can adequately accommodate up to four.
