Spectacular views from this newly remodeled direct oceanfront 2bd/2bth unit.

The building is about 300 feet from the sand which makes it perfect for water sports or nice walks on the beach. The updated kitchen has plenty of counter and cupboard space and is open to the dining area The side view from the dining area overlooks a waterway, upscale residential home and includes ocean and beach views. Looking to the northwest is the beautiful Maalaea Harbor and when light up at night provides quite a sight from the lanai, dining and living room areas. The master and guest bath have walk-in showers and are nicely appointed. The floor plan is spacious and the corner location offers privacy and extra windows to enjoy the view. The large covered lanai is the perfect place to dine, watch for whales during season, turtles year round, relax and watch the sunset blaze and fade into the ocean and let's not forget the moon sets!. This property is conveniently located just minutes away from shopping, dining, golf, entertainment venues and all of the beautiful south shores beaches.

For 40 years we have been coming to Maui to enjoy the Aloha spirit of this island. To now have a place to call home and share with others is a dream come true. We have recently completed a total renovation of our Maui home making it more wonderful than it was and we are excited to share it with our repeat guests and our new guests. We welcome you to come stay at our Happy Pappy's Papaya Pad and enjoy all the glory this place has to offer including an exquisite view, spectacular sunsets, sandy beaches, inviting ocean, water sports, hiking, waterfalls and good vibes! We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo was beach front and we enjoyed our time on the lanai every morning and afternoon. We enjoyed watching whales from it daily. It was a very clean and nicely equipped kitchen for meal prep. We did make breakfast daily and a couple other meals too. It is also in a great location for exploring the entire island. We went everywhere and this was a very good central location. Plus very close to great shave ice and a morning bakery (Sugar Beach bakery). Highly recommend this condo. Also, the communication with the property manager was excellent, she was very responsive when I had a question.

This place is perfect. Convenient location with incredible view. Plenty of room for 2 couples and the condo is very updated and clean. They were kind of enough to supply plenty of towels, trash bags, etc to last through the stay. We are hoping to return sometime soon!

Beautiful location

This was our second trip back! The view from the condo is perfect for whale watching and taking in the sunset. The condo is nice and clean. We really enjoyed our time here.

This unit is such a gem! We loved sitting on the lanai watching the waves, the water is smooth first thing in the morning and we could see 20 turtles swimming near us. The kids loved the pool. Unit was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We hope to return soon!

This was our first time visiting Maui and we had an amazing time. The condo set the standard and tone for the trip - everything about it was immaculate and accommodating. We will plan to visit again and would def choose this property as well.

We loved staying in this condo. Linda (the host) was amazing. I will try to stay at this condo every single time we visit Maui. It was so nice, comfortable, beautiful, and great location. Christmas vacation for a family of four

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Our teens comfortably shared the second bedroom and we loved hanging out in the common areas, especially the lanai. The beach and pool access were great and the location was perfect and easy to access all the activities we were so looking forward to. We will be back!

Beautiful well appointed condo on the beach

Spacious and beautifully updated Kihei condo on the beach. Perfect size and sleeping accommodations for four adults. Smaller complex so quiet and low key. Had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen very well stocked. Already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you!

This unit was lovely. The reviews are correct. Beautiful view, very clean and modern interior design!! The views were fabulous. The big issue was the noise from the street right outside the bedroom. Ugh.. One of the worst I have rented out of many. Earplugs!

This condo has been wonderfully remodeled, fresh and modern and clean, and was welcoming and comfortable for our family of four. The unit is conveniently located for easy access to stores and restaurants. The view was breathtaking and the enormous screen doors made everything feel so open. The property had more than everything we needed to make our time in Maui easy, comfortable, fun and memorable. Communication was easy, quick and very helpful with the property manager. Can't wait to go back and we would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful remodel! The sliders just keep opening bringing the outside in. We were able to watch the whales and the sunset right from the patio. Great location, it is close to the grocery stores and food trucks. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay near the beach and more!

This place was perfect for our group of four. It was clean, modern, has a full kitchen for all our needs, and has a balcony that overlooks the ocean – amazing to wake up to every morning! The beach is basically in your background and not overcrowded. The location is great too as it's only a 5-10 minute drive to the busier part of Kihei. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back to stay here. The property manager is also very responsive and helpful with any issues/concerns.

This beachfront condo was perfect for our stay on Maui. The town of Kihei is a nice central location on the island and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo itself is immaculate – comfortable furniture, very well-equipped and beautiful views looking out over Maalaea Bay. We never missed a sunset on the lanai and saw more birds in the natural lagoon area to the left than in the nearby Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge. Thank you, Linda!

Beautiful and comfortable

We spent an amazing week at this property with our 18 month old daughter. It was perfect for us and for her. There is a wonderful baby beach steps away from the property, with turtles that rest nearby. The apartment has been very thoughtfully stocked with equipment for those who cook. The view is beautiful and the pictures accurately reflect the appearance of the home. This is one of the best short-term rentals I’ve ever stayed at.
