Southside Solstice

Stylish/Modern South facing home, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Bright living area and fully stocked kitchen There is a large backyard to enjoy during the summer months, hot tub year-round, and a deck with a BBQ grill. Newly on the rental market, this house offers everything you need from a vacation home.
The space
Easy access to the Seward Hwy, Ted Stevens International Airport, Dimond Center Mall, downtown Anchorage, or an easy drive to Girdwood. Convenience store and grocery store both a block away.
When you step into the Southside Solstice, you’ll feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies for cooking and dining while visiting with family and friends.
Unwind upstairs on the sofa with a hot cup of coffee or a glass of vino while enjoying the flat screen TV; or snuggle up next to the south facing windows to soak up that Alaskan summer sun!
The master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, walk in closet for extra storage, access to the bathroom, a large flat screen TV.
The second room, also with a king bed is located upstairs with a walk-in closet and south facing windows with extra sunlight and black out curtains to block out the bright summer nights.
The third room has a queen bed located downstairs with a little more privacy, located off the den and bathroom.
The downstairs den features a 75” Roku smart TV, PS4, surround sound bar and sub-woofer. The intention was to create a place at home where you feel like you are at the game, or at the movies. You won’t find a better place to watch the playoffs or Superbowl. The LED fireplace offers extra heat and color schemes. The two 1-up arcade’s offer cheap entertainment for kids. Directly off the back den, is the private hot tub and the enclosed backyard. Washer and dryer is available for use in the downstairs bathroom.
The downstairs deck is covered, while the upstairs deck is perfect for summer months and a propane grill that is ready to use with all cooking utensils.
Access for two cars to park in the driveway, and street parking if you have a guest. Easy keypad entry for your arrival and departure. The whole house and yard are yours exclusively to enjoy.
Guest access
Keypad instructions will be sent the day of check in. There is a ring camera doorbell to alert me when you check in.
Other things to note
House rules will be available to you before arrival and in the house book at the house. Check in time is 4pm, check out is 11am. The house is large enough for 6 people, we have a pack and play available upon request.

No pets, smoking, or parties. Kids cannot be unsupervised in the hot tub. My goal is to have the home as I would like on my own vacation. I want you to enjoy your stay in privacy. I just want the most basic common courtesy rules to be followed. Please keep noise levels appropriate and respect the neighborhood. I hope that you enjoy your stay and reach out if you need anything.
