Spectacular water and golf course views

"Spectacular" is the word best used to describe the expansive water and Nancy Lopez Golf Course views. The home is situated right on the lake, by the no. 6 T-box of the Oakleigh Golf Course. The views are expansive with the huge oversized screened in lanai. There's nothing like sitting in the lanai drinking your early morning coffee, enjoying the beautiful view and taking in the delightful sights and sounds of the many types of fascinating birds. This Foxglove Courtyard Villa is located in the Village of Calumet Grove, and the entire home has been recently renovated including all new furniture and furnishings. Besides the screened in lanai, there is a paver side courtyard with a retractable awning and a barbecue. All is surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a kitchen with bar seating and open to the dining and living room. All granite counters and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, spacious walk in closet, and a tile walk in shower with a frameless glass door. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and closet while the 3rd bedroom/Den has a hide-a-bed, an office table and full closet. All of the main living areas have luxury vinyl plank flooring and crown molding throughout. There is also a 1 1/2 garage for your car and golf cart. There are 4 solar tubes in the home making this open floorplan light and bright . All of this conveniently located to 2 swimming pools, tennis, pickleball, many golf courses, a 5 acre practice putting course, restaurants and a grocery store! There is also a Costco within 6 miles. Just a short cart ride to Spanish Springs or Lake Sumpter Landing.

Everything about this place was exceptional! It had everything I needed for cooking, cleaning, etc. I loved sitting outside on the veranda watching wildlife and golfers go by. What a great place to stay! Even better than the pictures!

We really did not want to leave as it is such a beautiful & updated home in a wonderful location! The owners are very friendly & accommodating and even left us some almonds to feed the squirrels. So fun! Highly recommend!!!

A Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay at this villa - very clean, comfortable & has a lovely view facing west for great sunsets. The host is very welcoming & accommodating. There are many nice restaurants nearby.

This house is beautiful with a wonderful view from the screened in patio. We spent most every morning and evening on the patio. Our hosts are excellent and we are booked our return next year

Great Winter Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay. The location was perfect for us - easy access to everything you need ie. Publix, Walgreens. Great dining options nearby. Friendly neighbours. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the birds & sunsets. This villa is well appointed, very clean & comfortable.

Excellent Stay

Beautiful rental with modern touches overlooking golf course/water view. Our family along with our dog needed a place to stay in between our home being sold and waiting for our new construction. The hosts Brian and Laura offered the perfect home and appreciated having everything you need to cook/prepare meals with newer/modern appliances, plenty of towels/linens, 3 TV's with great streaming/internet. Very responsive with any questions and highly recommend this property. In addition, check in was easy, great location with use of recreation centers. Thank you again for helping make this stressful time an enjoyable experience.

Most relaxing trip ever. Awesome hosts.

We spent 2 delightful weeks in Brian and Laura’s beautiful home. It was as lovely as the pictures reflected. We had our 2 grandchildren with us the first week so that was a busy time at the parks. But the second week was all about relaxing on the beautiful lanai. The view was amazing. We DEFINITELY plan on going back. I would give it 10 stars. Thank you to Brian, Laura and Brian’s parents for making us feel at home immediately upon arrival.

Amazing Hosts and Great Neighbors!

I truly enjoyed my 6 week stay at this home! It was filled with everything I needed right down to spices for meals. The property managers were so helpful and Brian and Lori were very kind and quick in responding to my questions. The home was spotless! The view is absolutely gorgeous on the lanai. The photos don't do it justice. The neighbors were so friendly! If you like to be social this is the village to be in! I loved my stay so much I booked for next year. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my vacation.
