This home holds deep personal meaning for me—it was the first property I ever purchased, near where I attended graduate school. It’s the home where I began my family, stepped into real estate, and fell in love with design.

Much of what makes this space special is thanks to the vision and skill of my longtime friend and collaborator, David. From the custom pool and waterfall to interior finish work and thoughtful design features, his craftsmanship helped bring so much of this home to life—work that still stands strong nearly two decades later.

The neighborhood remains peaceful, welcoming, and full of memories. It’s a joy to now share this home with others.

This home has been the heart of our family for nearly two decades—lovingly maintained and thoughtfully landscaped over the years. We’ve always appreciated the location: close to top-rated schools, shopping, and many of the city’s best attractions, yet nestled in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood with walking trails, parks, and playgrounds just steps away.

One of the most tranquil and beloved features is our custom SPOOL—a spa/pool hybrid with jets, a swim jet, and a beautiful, stacked stone waterfall. Morning or evening, you’ll often find us relaxing on the patio, listening to the soothing sound of the water and enjoying the calm that this outdoor space brings.
