Inside the home there is a large eat in kitchen with granite counter tops and all of the amenities. On the main level there is a family room and dining areas. The lake views from the main level are absolutely beautiful, you actually feel like you are right on the water. The second level offers a beautiful master bedroom that overlooks the lake. There are two other separate bedrooms as well.

Outside there is over 50 feet of beautiful lakefront, beautiful deck, and dock which is perfect for sunbathing or just relaxing. The sprawling deck is great for large family gatherings and cookouts. The lake views from the deck are absolutely breathtaking. There are life jackets, fishing poles, outdoor patio furniture and lounge chairs available for your use.

Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.

Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.

Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
