Large Lakefront Vineyard Home with Hot Tub

This home was completely renovated in June of 2015 and contains 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and amazing views of both the lake and surrounding farmland. The home itself is over 4100 square feet and the entire building is 7500 square feet. The back porch has a hot tub and beautiful sunset views. The front of the home has a deck overlooking the lake, perfect for dinner with a view or enjoying a glass wine. The home is equipped with wireless internet, cable tv, and each room has a smart tv. In addition to two dining areas, the house has a bar area and a cupola.

In front of the home is a gorgeous vineyard leading down to 100 feet of lake frontage perfect for swimming, boating, or fishing.

In back you will find over an acre of land to run and play after spending your day at the lake or exploring the nearby Finger Lakes region. You will also find miles of trails to walk and explore.

This home is perfect for large families or multiple families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Beautiful views and super comfy beds

The house was beautiful, super clean and cozy. The beds were so comfortable. The view of the lake was gorgeous and we made good use of the dock during the day and the hot tub at night time. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Lovely Lakehouse

The lakehouse was clean, very comfortable, and well-appointed. Luxurious bedding is a plus.The driveway is steep so walkers will do better going to one of the nearby parks.Day trips to Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Seneca Falls, and a boat ride on Skaneateles Lake

Wedding weekend

Our entire family of 7 stayed for 4 days for my sons wedding weekend. The place was spotless and well stocked with everything we could need or want. The beds were so comfortable and the views outstanding. Thank you for such a great place to stay for such an important day!

This is an extremely disappointing review. This traveler reached out for a last minute stay during our off-season. Despite only having two days notice, we prepared the house and were able to accommodate their needs. We even allowed the traveler to access the house early to leave some groceries there; however I later found out that they began using the house and hot tub at that time. We had regularly scheduled fall clean-up and maintenance scheduled for this time, but postponed it to ensure the traveler was able to stay here. Again, very disappointing as the house is well maintained and we went out of our way to support this traveler.

Relaxing get away

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable. The view of the lake was wonderful. The hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing as the use of the hot tub was one of the reasons we selected this property. However the host worked with us and our overall stay was great.

Excellent time

This Owasco lake house was great; it was as advertised and was very clean. The dock across the street is great; we rented a boat for a week that we docked there. It’s a beautiful house; the only complaint is the hot tub is old and jets don’t work-could use an upgrade.

Wedding Weekend

Great house for a group of friends. The groomsmen had a great place to get ready for the wedding and also enjoy the dock at the lake. It is a large living area with access to 1 floor. Great view of the lake from the deck. Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect weekend getaway

Seven of us stayed at this beautiful house a few weeks ago for our annual fall getaway. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together or for smaller groups to each do their own thing. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working but Caitlin was very responsive when we brought this to her attention. We definitely plan on returning next year!

Beautiful view. Lovely location. The inside of the home was very clean but the outside of the home needs some TLC. The whole home (especially porches) needs a good powerwash. Landcape was filled with overgrown weeds/flowers. It was a disappointment to find out the home had a pool on the premise but was not mentioned anywhere until 3 days before our stay and was not for guest use. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the home being stocked with supplies.

Perfect spot for our friend reunion

I visited this home with my 6 best friends from college. It has been over 5 years since we were last together and we chose the Finger Lakes for this year's milestone gathering (we are all turning 50!). The house was just as advertised. Caitlin was wonderful and provided prompt feedback and helpful suggestions. The location was central to all we wanted to do. If we ever plan another reunion in the Finger Lakes we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Best lake house

Our family loved this lake house. We have rented for years on the finger lakes and this is THE nicest well equipped house we have had the pleasure of staying in. It is perfect for a larger family and has different sleeping wings (that’s what we called them). We put those up late on one end and the early to bed on the other. The host was lovely, she has thought of everything to make your stay feel very special. Thank you!

Memorial Day Weekend Away

The property was very pretty - lovely view. Check in was easy, although the rain was disappointing - we got quite wet bringing our things in the house. Everything was clean and as it should be, except for two things - the hot tub, which we were told worked, had heated water but the jets didn't work at all. The second thing was the dishwasher didn't work, so with our large crew, who stayed in for most of the weekend, there was a lot of dishwashing. The house was spacious, and there were several areas to be in at any given time - so that worked out well. There were places nearby to shop and eat - a large variety, which was nice. Overall, a nice stay.

Great Socially Distanced Getaway

Our family had an amazing Easter vacation here. We wanted to get away from home safely. This place fit the bill (would be great any other time as well). It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked every meal and had everything we needed. There was ample room to spread out. We played games, enjoyed walks around the property, hung out down by the dock, relaxed in the hot tub and even watched our favorite team play hockey on the large screen TV. I loved snuggling up in the reading nook with my favorite book and waking up early to view the sunrise from the balcony. My teens loved the Bose music system and basketball hoop in their bedroom. You could easily have 2 or 3 families stay here without feeling cramped. Seriously considering coming back this summer with the extended family to enjoy the lake a little more! The owner had great communication as well!

Breathtaking Views!

We enjoyed our stay on the lake. The house is spacious and clean. The view out the front windows of the vineyard and lake are unbeatable. The host was kind and considerate. The beds were extremely comfortable! The kids room was perfect for our four children to hang out and relax. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone and hope to be back soon!

Gem of the Finger Lakes!

The communications prior to our rental made everything go smoothly at check-in. Everything was as-advertised...only better! The Welcome booklet was our guide to everything from the hot tub (amazing) to the new dock and waterfront kayaks to SU paddle board and lounge chairs. We brought 2 of our own kayaks and had quite an Armada going for a while! Local towns like Auburn and Skaneateles are not to be missed!

Wonderful House!

My family and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The house was incredibly clean and all amenities were accurately represented and usable. We loved the use of the dock across the street to launch our kayaks and fish. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night and playing games. The owner is very responsive and very friendly! Good for family or group getaway

This house has everything you need for a family weekend, friend reunion or group stay. Architecturally it seems odd at first, but it suits a group well with multiple areas for different gatherings at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped, the baths are nice, the big room over the garage was great for the teenagers. Being basically all one level was great for grandpa. We used the hot tub morning and night everyday. The balcony deck facing the lake was a nice place to have a glass of wine. The check-in info mentioned a local bakery provider that we used and I highly recommend that as well - she delivers. Whenever I had a question the owner or manager responded very quickly. If you are not an experienced cord-cutter the TVs are weird to figure out but you'll probably find stuff you didn't existed.

A Beautiful Lake View Property

Just a magnificent home. More than ample space for the 9 of us, with room to spare. A large deck with a view of the lake and small vineyard. A lot of times, there is the bare minimum for cooking. This home has plenty to accommodate a large group. Now we need to try and get up during the summer months, to enjoy what the lake has to offer. Wonderful Girls Trip!

Our stay was wonderful! From communicating with Caitlin, to checking in, to the cleanliness and layout the house. The property is gorgeous and you have a clear view of the lake from the front deck. The backyard is expanse and has breathtaking views as well. Me and my girlfriends would absolutely come back and stay here again. Plenty of room for the five us.

I grew up in Central NY and Owasco Lake was my favorite place to be regardless of season. My grandfather owned a camp on the lake and our time there was precious to me and my family. As an adult the lake remains one of my favorite places in the world and this home provides access to all the lake and the region have to offer.

This home brings together a rich history as the The Polish Home Camp, with newly renovated amenities and gorgeous views.

Many years ago the Polish Home Camp was a place for families to go and enjoy the grounds and the lake. The facilities included a dining hall, bar, and gym, and children attended summer camp there. While the home has been fully renovated it includes memorabilia from that time connecting the past with the present and future.

My parents and grandparents are from Auburn and my parents currently live on the lake as well. As a result, the rich history of this area is very important to me. I love that this home honors that history.

The home it is a beautiful and inviting space, perfect for families, individuals, or couples. There isn't a bad view in the place with views of the sunrise, sunset, lake, and surrounding farmland. It is the perfect place for those looking for a change of pace.

The home is also perfectly situated to access all that the Finger Lakes has to offer including theater and dining in Auburn, wineries on Cayuga and Seneca, shopping and dining in Skaneateles and Aurora, and world-class spas. Additionally, in the winter you are only 30 - 40 minutes from skiing and snowboarding.
