The moment you step out to the private lanai and take a deep breath, the mind is instantly reset by birds chirping in the trees and the tropical foliage all around. You will appreciate the quiet and secluded vibe, yet with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants. After exploring the island from this convenient basecamp, enjoy playing a board game, streaming your favorite show from the smart TVs, or just kicking back with a drink in the spacious lanai.

Take the 10 minute walk to several beaches, or a short 3 minute drive. Loading and unloading grocery/beach gear is super easy: assigned parking next to the private entrance. Enjoy a family meal prepared in the spacious remodeled kitchen. AC throughout keeps you cool.

Poipu Beach (10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive) is one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. Located about equal distance between Hanalei and Waimea Canyon, this condo is a great basecamp for exploring the island and a perfect spot to relax in at the end of each day!

Walk to: Poipu Beach, Brennecke's Beach, Shipwreck Beach. Grand Hyatt. Trail head to Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail.

Close to (South Shore attractions): Old Town Koloa. Kukui'ula Shopping Center, Spouting Horn, Allterton & McBryde Botanical Gardens.

Super experience!

Nice condo & very well located. Clean with all the kitchen facilities. They also provide you beach towels, chairs, umbrella. Perfect place to stay, and though kauai it is expensive, it is price quality worth it. Thank you Jenny !

The place was lovely in a quiet, stunningly beautiful location just a shirt walk to world class beaches. The listing does not do it justice. This home was perfect for our family of 4. When I return to Kauai I would hope to be able to stay there. Attentive management delivering a top notch customer service experience. Cant say enough good things about our trip. Thank you

Perfect peaceful paradise

10 delightfully peaceful days with my husband and two adult daughters celebrating my 80th birthday. We especially enjoyed the location and siting of the condo amongst the trees on the rim of Poipu Crater. The pool was pristine and often we were alone. We were able to visit beaches, gardens, and beauty spots easily. Good restaurants nearby.

A nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Only suggestion I could make is that you provide a little booklet that answers frequently ask questions, such as how to operate the heating and air conditioning units, local places to find groceries, a directory of where to find churches, Suggestions on how to use the TV and streaming service, etc.

Perfect location for walking to local markets, coffee shops and restaurants . Close to the beaches. Excellent kitchen allowing us to make some wonderful meals.

Wonderful and perfect!

The condo was a perfect home away from home! The condo is well appointed and has everything anyone would need to have an enjoyable experience. The entire process from reserving to checking out was very seamless. The condo is very clean which was greatly appreciated. Jenny is fabulous to communicate with. A Patch of Paradise

Everything was really wonderful and had all the comforts of home. For example: to have the washer/dryer and soap provided was very helpful with all the outdoor activities we did. The condo was very clean and organized and had lovely decor that made us feel in the Aloha spirit. Loved the lanai and we used it often. We appreciated the communication with Jenny for any questions we had. It was a lovely experience and I'm glad we chose to stay at this condo!

Perfect location in Poipu

My two teenage sons and I had a wonderful trip to Kauai. The condominium was in a perfect location. Easy walk to Brennecke’s beach where we swam and body surfed with sea turtles most evening. We walked to Poipu beach where we found pretty good snorkeling, and saw more sea turtles and a monk seal. It is conveniently located to reach Nāpali coast boat tours, Waimea canyon and Kokee state park. It was very clean and had all we needed. Appreciated the air conditioning units in each bedroom, and kitchen. Loved the full sized washer and dryer. Relaxing and quiet to sit on the lanai anytime of day. Would easily recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely Lanai

The place was great. We spent lots of time sitting on the lanai watching birds and drinking coffee. So much space inside! Well stocked kitchen. Easy check out. Google maps doesn't get you right to the right spot, but the directions in the info sent ahead of time were spot on. Thanks!

Pleasant rental

This rental had everything we needed. It was comfortable and the lanai was a great place to hang out. Shady with lots of beautiful plants and flowers to look at. A short drive or walk to beaches. Enjoyed the stay very much!

Wonderful place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was a great location for us, a short walk down to the beach and a great jumping off point for all our adventures. Very clean, quiet and relaxing place to stay. Jenny was communicative and everything went very well. Was not disappointed in the least! Would certainly stay here again.

Comfortable condo in a quiet garden-like setting

Peaceful and quiet. Good kitchen to work in. Nice lanai off kitchen and living area to have coffee on every morning. Location in crater was fun, and kept us out of congestion even though we were close to all that is Poipu. Nicer selection of guest amenities than usual. Chenni was good to communicator.

Relaxing vacation.

The condo was very clean, and comfortable. The lush landscape was beautiful, with birds entertaining us any time we were on the lanai. The location is convenient to everything in the Poipu area, but very private - especially sitting out on the lanai!

Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice place. Not far from snorkeling at poipu beach park. My only suggestion is to provide a larger trash can and more trash bags. The little one in the kitchen filled up fast for our group of four people.

Christmas stay

Homes was clean on arrival. Well stocked with everything you would ever need. Location is good. Very close to beach but you do have to walk down (and back up) a pretty decent hill. This is not usually an issue until you want to take chairs, beach toys, umbrella etc etc etc with you and then it can be just as easy to drive. Lots of room. Layout is a little quirky but fine overall. Porch was nice and we had a red crested cardinal visit us daily. Pool was fine but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. Area quiet. Our only complaint is I’m not personally a fan of the windows they use cause they don’t really close. I know this is an island thing and not really the fault of the owner but the part I don’t like is that it will sometimes make the inside feel moist and allow you to hear so much more from outside than you want to. People walking, cars, mowing etc. The downstairs bedroom and bath smelled mildewed on some days. Our daughter even noticed it. I am not sure if that was a result of the window situation. I seen NO wet or mold areas inside the home (we looked all over to make sure something wasn’t leaking etc). I would stay here again as outside the occasional mildew smell it was a lovely place.

I started traveling to Kauai over 10 years ago,; just about every year my husband and I returned, always to Poipu Crater. It calls to us. The south shore is a tad sunnier, a little less crowded, the beaches are beautiful with easy access, and convenient for hiking, shopping and going out. Poipu Crater in particular - the bird songs are mesmerizing, the plumeria-scented air intoxicating. Small clutch of villas, each one spaced out from the others, are enveloped in lush tropical plantings overlooking a spacious central garden. So intimate, the place makes us feel like we’re the only ones let in on this secret! I’m grateful for the opportunity to own a little piece of paradise, and excited to welcome fellow travelers to explore the beauty of the island!
