Ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Orient Bay beach, the villa enjoys a privileged location in the heart of local life. You have easy access to all amenities: restaurants, supermarket, shops and the Village Square, while enjoying a quiet and pleasant environment.

This superb villa with private pool welcomes you just a few meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Orient Bay Beach. Elegant, comfortable and designed for your well-being, it offers a refined decoration and top-of-the-range services to guarantee you a memorable stay.

Upstairs, you will find two magnificent bedrooms, each with its own shower room and a veranda with a view of the pool. They are each equipped with large beds (180x200 cm for one and 200x200 cm for the other), air conditioning and a TV for absolute comfort. The villa also has two separate toilets, in addition to the shower rooms.

An additional sleeping area is set up in the living room with a convertible sofa bed (160x200 cm). Sliding doors allow this space to be closed, offering more privacy while maintaining a beautiful harmony with the rest of the villa.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, creating a convivial space, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. This living space is extended by indoor and outdoor dining areas.

For your moments of relaxation, you can also take advantage of a video projector with a drop-down screen in the living room, perfect for movie nights.
Outside, a real relaxation area: a covered terrace for your outdoor dining, a sunny area around the pool to relax, as well as a barbecue area.
In the event of a water cut, a cistern takes over to guarantee your comfort throughout your stay.

You also benefit from two free parking spaces right in front of the villa.
