Cute and cozy beach bungalow located on a quite street, just 3 short blocks from a beach access boardwalk.

Features include: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, large sundeck, lower level hangout space, fenced yard and more. NO SMOKING. Amenities: Cable TV, DVD, Wireless Internet, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer. 1 SMALL PET ALLOWED WITH ADDITIONAL FEE.

Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. Wonderful home on the island

Tucked away but close to the beach this home was clean, comfy, and a great overall place to stay for 4 nights with 4 of us. We loved the island and how relaxed it always was. The home was a good fit for our dog who could hang out in the fenced yard between the beach and naps. I would stay here again!

Very nice property with an easy walk to the public beach. Lots of privacy and a fenced yard for the pooch.

Another great stay at the island! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and fur baby (his first road trip and beach). Everything was clean and neat as pictured. Appreciate the extra pillows, rugs, beach towels etc.

Unexpected Vacation

We have been coming to SGI for 30+ years but didn’t think we’d be able to come this year. We found out we could come a month before our stay. I reached out to the host to see if they’d allow our large dog and she responded affirmatively. Pictures showed a fenced yard with a nice tiled cool patio under the house. The house was very clean, decorated tastefully and well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed and neatly stored. Beds were comfortable-we only stayed in one room since we were just 2. Bathrooms were just fine. The beach was about 7 minutes away. Neighborhood was quiet and nice.

Great Spot!

First off, St George Island is AWESOME! But lets not spread that around too much. Secondly, its always great when something exceeds your expectations. This house is 1.5 blocks from the 7th street public beach entrance. Perfect. But it suited the needs for our family beyond expectation. Its clean, neat and has all the basics you could need for a nice vacation. Meaning, you don't have to triage anything once you get there. It also has a chain link fence for pets should you need that. I would definitely stay again, which to me is the ultimate judge and jury.

Well appointed kitchen (we cook a lot). More privacy than many others. The loggia under the home is shady, breezy and perfect with chairs plus table and banquette for dining. New swing on the front porch invites relaxation. Even the tap water is great! Lots of parking if you bring a boat. Less than typical steps to climb. A great deal of pluses at a modest price. Winner!

A bag was left, and I called about it.Someone I talked with was going to check with the cleaning crew and call me back. I never received a call back.
