Looking for a fabulous beach getaway in a fantastic location?
This is a family and dog-friendly townhouse in the 300 Ocean Mile, a beach-side community located on the east end of the island, adjacent to the St. George Island State Park.
Only steps away from St George Island's fabulous beach, this wonderful location offers the best of the Forgotten Coast. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views from the balconies, and the access to community charcoal grills, a picnic area with tables and loungers and two community swimming pools. The townhouse is a short drive from the centre of town, within walking distance of the State Park, and close to the Island bike path, where you can explore the length of the island on foot or by bicycle.

We had a great time staying at this condo! Maria was wonderful. She answered every question I had quickly and asked if things were to our liking from the very beginning. The beach Items they keep there were very handy and we didn't need to take up space packing them in our car bringing our own.

The property was clean and ready for us to arrive. Right by the pool, ocean view and 1 minute walk to the surf. Would absolutely stay here again!

The townhouse was wonderful in every way! Peaceful location, beautiful views, incredibly easy walk to the beach and also the state park. Short drive into town for restaurants and shops. The communication from Maria before and during the trip was very timely and thoughtful. All of the beach gear she had (chairs, umbrellas, even boogie boards) was in great shape and came in handy for our family. Tons of puzzles and books in the house too if you have a rainy day - we left our fish puzzle too! I'd book again in a heartbeat!

St. George Island Paradise

Awesome experience! Maria was very responsive! We had everything we needed. We had to travel lite, having the beach chairs and other accessories accessible was much appreciated.

Definitely Paradise!

This was our second stay at Beach Paradise, and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, with views of the gulf from the front and the back of the condo. Maria is the perfect host, addressing the couple of minor issues in a very timely way. We enjoyed our month in this lovely accommodation and are looking forward to our next visit.

Fabulous Fallbreak

We have been coming to SGI for many years and have stayed at 300 Ocean Mile several times. Beach Paradise was just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach toys, wagon, and umbrella were super helpful and meant we didn’t have to pack as much. Check-in and out couldn’t have been easier. Maria checked on us to make sure we arrived ok and that we had what we needed. We highly recommend you consider this townhome for your visit to SGI.

Lovely Home & Hosts

Our family of 4 stayed over fall break and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious and an easy walk to the pool and beach. The host went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and we will be back!

SGI Fishing Trip

Had guys down to SGI/Aplachicola for some inshore fishing. Perfect place for our stay with great view of the ocean and community pool. Good kitchen setup for evening meals and plenty of room. The deck over looking the ocean was perfect as it was in the shade about 2:00 pm which made for great relaxing. Would definitely stay again and the host, Maria was very attentive.

Wonderful week at Ocean Mile

This booking surpassed our expectations in most every way. Communication with Maria was excellent from the start and helpful throughout. The property was in top shape, clean, well appointed, and lots of beach accessories that added to our enjoyment. I appreciate the proximity to the State Park, where we enjoyed walks and bike rides. My family and I have visited Ocean Mile on several occasions and I'd have to rate this stay at the top.

Family beach week

Everything was exactly as anticipated based on them listing and the other reviews. We had a really nice stay. Beach is super close and not crowded. The condo’s proximity to the pool was great for my son. Maria was a great host, super communicative and helpful!

Spacious townhouse with pool! Very short walk to beach!

We really enjoyed our week in SGI. This townhome was spacious, having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. I loved the very close proximity to the pool and beach. Although 300 Ocean Mile is an older community, it is well kept and in a great location near the state park. Our host, Maria, was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure things were going well. I appreciated that very much. The townhome was very comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved it!

This property was in the perfect location. Steps from the beach, quiet part of the island and a lot of friendly guests in the complex. Also, it’s dog friendly which was great for us. The unit was perfect with the family upstairs and my husband and I on the main floor. The owner was very attentive to our needs, too. She was great.

I loved the location of this very nice condo....easy, short walk to the beach. Short drive to shops and restaurants. There was a problem with the tv in the living room. The property manager was quick to address my concerns and offered advice, etc. When that didn't work, she sent housekeeper to check it out, when that didn't work she got the cable company to out right away. Needed a new remote (not just a battery issue)....all was well in a very short period of time! I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and wonderful accommodations. Just as advertised. Easy to get to. Close to the beach and a friendly community. Maria, our host, checked in numerous times to make sure everything was in order and if we needed anything. It was all so perfect.

Relaxing Spring Break

This property was a 4 minute walk from relaxing on the beach. The owners checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The amenities were great (air fryer and rice cooker, too!!) and we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The condo was very clean and even the dishes looked brand new! I would definitely stay here again.
