Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to bring the dishware and towels to par. We're sorry that the dishwasher was not working during your stay. It has since been replaced with a new one, and while not optimal, we're glad the team provided you with a dish rack. Flashlights are a standard for our units, and we'll be sure to follow-up and ensure they're in place. We also appreciate your feedback on the rugs and lanai furniture, which have been inspected and brought directly to the attention of our operations team. We're happy to offer a late check-out when possible, and while your transition to the new unit wasn't smooth, we're happy that once you got settled, you were pleased. We appreciate your understanding during the temporary, area-wide power outage related to weather and wildfire prevention efforts. While outside our control, our team worked quickly to support guests during the disruption.
