Whale watching during season is pretty epic from this front row seat and year-round you can see lots of Hawaiian green sea turtles in the clear waters. These Penthouse are one of the very few Maui Penthouses on the entire coastline, that have both North and South looking views, so yes sitting on the Lanai's you will be enjoying the spectacular Maui sunsets every night. When you are out on the Ocean / Beach Front Lanai's, whether it is with your morning coffee or tea, your favorite afternoon beverage, or that glass of wine you will be in your peaceful and relaxing place with the sound of the calming waves soothing your soul. Yes, this is truly a paradise. We try and blend the Hawaiian & the Paradise Penthouses with modern touches, such as Stainless-Steel appliances for a modern sleek look. Incredible Location 5 minutes to either Lahaina or Kapalua.
Incredible Direct Ocean/Beach View, we did not want to see Condo’s across from ours, and looking at us. After all we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, not another Condo unit.
We wanted Penthouses. In the Resorts or other Vacation Rentals we were so tired of listening to the people above pounding their feet, and or the endless movement of the furniture. It can be so annoying, so Penthouses only.
Both the Master Bedroom, and Living Room to have Ocean/Beach direct views with Lanai’s. Again, we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, the Master and Living Room Incredible views is a Mandatory for us.
We bring these things up because we found so many places did not have these. These are just some of our thoughts that Gracie and I think of what a Hawaiian Paradise should be.
