5 minutes walk to Whole Foods, Starbucks, and Light Rail. Three stories with an incredible master bedroom. On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms. On the second floor you'll find the living, dining and kitchen. On the third floor you'll find the master bedroom with a bathroom with separate tub. Enjoy a 70 inch TV in bed and relax in a hot tub. 55 inch TV in the living room. Includes Netflix and Prime. Air conditioning on 2nd and 3rd floor. Skylights provide plenty of sunshine. Please note that the fireplace pilot not on from March 15 - November 15.

Weekend getaway

Very clean, and a great location. Convenient to take the train to and from the airport and downtown. Fun local neighborhood as well. Construction next door, but noise was not an issue at all.

Comfortable & Clean

This townhouse was perfect for our family of five. The place felt like a home. The kitchen was well stocked, with spices too, which was great, even though we didn't cook. The bathrooms were clean. Good shower pressure with hot water, which is important to me. Also important was that the 2d and 3d floors had A/C. Though it wasn't too hot when we stayed, there are times in August when the heat can be oppressive, so it was important to us that our accommodations had A/C. Highly recommend!

Wish we had stayed longer!

Very nice place. It was very comfortable. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms. The days we were there were abnormally hot, so the AC was much appreciated. The guide that Robert sent was awesome. Enjoyed the food truck right outside and having a Whole Foods a block away was super convenient.

Super convenient weekend location NE Seattle

This host took great care in making sure all the information is readily available in a great guide to the Vrbo. We loved the recommendations for favorite restaurants! Visiting the university this last weekend was very easy. Everything we needed was here in the kitchen, and the close out was extremely simple, in addition to being clean and ready for us. The owner was also flexible with time, which was so appreciated! We would have been happy to have a few extra blankets, as some of us needed to sleep in the living room (there were 2 teens, one tween and two non-partnered adults). This was a great home base for our visit to this amazing city to see the sights and visit colleges. Thanks Robert! -Caron

Roosevelt Neighborhood is a peaceful yet in a central location. You'll find the location convenient to get to Greenlake Park, Gas Works Park, and more destinations in the North Seattle area. Many great restaurants nearby. Lots of Coffee Shops. Not too far from U District and U Village. Light rail being five minutes walking away, and downtown is just 10 minutes ride away.

The light rail is 5 minutes away. Easy access to U district, Downtown, Airport, and more. Green Lake park is less than 15 minutes walk. U District is 20 minutes Walk. Dedicated Parking right in front of the home. There's also two rental car companies within 10-15 minutes walking. Whole Foods and Starbucks less than five minutes walking.
