*. Noise Disclosure: There maybe neighbors live in the next unit, so some noise is possible. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
* Parking Disclosure: There is no assigned parking spot, however, free street parking is easily available nearby.
*. Steps disclosure: There are 2 steps at the entrance. This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: There are 2 mini split AC, one AC is in the master bedroom on the top floor , another AC is in the living room. No AC but only tower fans are provided in other bedroom. *. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

The condo was perfectly located for what we needed, and it was great being able to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, and the park. The owner was super communicative and helpful. The rooftop patio is lovely!

The property was perfect for us. We loved the unique layout and the cute rooftop sitting area. It's in a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and a grocery store. Parking on the street was easy. Allen was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for access to downtown. The local neighborhood is vibrant and full of dining and coffee options; we never needed to leave for anything except our downtown events.Allen is an excellent host, very communicative and responsive. The house was in perfect shape and very clean. Multiple floors make for nice separation if you're traveling with others.

Great location!
We filled the house with family. Even though it's tall and narrow, it was exceptionally quiet and functional. Its close to many restaurants and shopping areas. It was easy to find and easy access to downtown. We'd do it all over again!

Convenient, modern condo — convenient to UW
We spent Thanksgiving as a family in this clean, modern condo. Very well located just a short driving distance to University of Washington and multiple nice Seattle neighborhoods — and a bit longer but still easy to downtown Seattle.
The property was just as advertised and Allen was an excellent host. He was clear and proactive in his communications and quick to address any minor issues we encountered.

Modern and Bright!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely brand new home in the Wallingford area. The home was lovely and modern, equipped with every amenity we could think of and Allen was a super host, assisting us promptly when we had a need. Parking was sometimes an issue, the street got very crowded at nights but we always managed to find some down the street a ways. The only caution I would have is for seniors or anyone with mobility issues, the home is like a treehouse (in a fun way!) but that involves three decent flights of stairs, the restroom being one flight up. Other than that observation, we highly recommend this home!
