Luxurious & spacious, 2400 sqft house with open layout & multiple sliding glass walls that open right on to beach/zero entry heated pool with adjacent heated spa. Outdoor covered grilling area, pool shower and half bathroom. Kitchen including all appliances and utensils you'll need! Two living spaces, a separate dining area & washer/dryer included. Plus, treadmill, air hockey and pool table!

Located right on Pinemoor Golf Course. Just a short drive to multiple beaches and restaurants!

-There is a daily charge of $49/day for heated pool use
-The sound system is not functional in patio area or inside

2nd Time

We have a special needs situation with our adult son. Being able to utilize the pool with the zero entry was perfect. The hosts responded very rapidly to any questions and we really appreciated the accommodations.

Little things would make this place great!- blinds that work - shower soap and shampoo - damaged screens on the lanai replaced - get better mattress and pillows in master bedroom Then i would give it 5 stars and rent again

Beautiful home

This property was a breathe of fresh air once you arrive until you leave. The house is so beautiful and peaceful. Located on a golf course there is also a great sense of privacy. Definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving with Family!

Overall a good stay. TV in master bedroom could be bigger. Need more hooks in bathroom to hang towels on. Providing Keurig coffee would be great. The pool area could be cleaner. But The location, cleanliness and check in process were great. Would stay here again!

They have thought of every amenity

The place was immaculate. Towels new and fluffy - beds extremely comfortable - kitchen well appointed . Absolutely nothing was left out - I highly recommend. The location was perfect for our needs. Next time I will use the bikes and games they have in the entertainment area.

Great place

The house was nice and well kept. There were a couple things missing/not working when we arrived but the communication with the owner’s representatives was great. They fixed the issues very quickly and were very responsive. I would recommend this house.

Family Vacation

This property was very clean and spacious. Our group ended up being smaller than originally planned, but it worked out well because the house could not have accomodated more people comfortably. The house has 2 double beds and 1 king bed. Realistically it can sleep 6 comfortably, not more. Overall it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Just ok

Property inside was clean and well appointed. The exterior especially the pool area needs a deep cleaning as well as front entry. The video for spa operation was ok except the valves were not marked. Actually, there is no automation of the spa/pool temperature and because of this issue previous group maxed out pool temp to around 95. We were able to set at 80.

So much potential

The property is just as listed, very spacious. We really enjoyed proximity to the beach and the heated pool. The game room was really fun and offered many different types of games. The spa did not work and was very cold. There were supposed to be two double blow up beds but they were both broken and did not hold air. There were not enough blankets or sheets and the grill was very dirty making it unusable. The pool deck was also very dirty. Overall our stay was good and we had a great time. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.

Potential

This beautiful house and pool could be a very good or even excellent with better management. When I arrived the tile floors felt sticky and there was a sign on the dishwasher “Do Not Use”. Numerous light bulbs were out and there was no remote for the TV. To his credit, a message to the manager got these issues resolved in a few days, including installing a new dishwasher. Another issue that needs to be addressed is how poorly stocked the house is in terms of basics - cutlery, glasses (not a single wine glass), cooking basics. These are minor flaws and could so easily be remedied with a little more attention. We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to beaches, restaurants and groceries. We just spent too much time dealing with issues that could so easily have been taken care of in advance of our arrival.

A Sadly and very Bad experience.

This was the worst experience for our family vacation. After 4 hour drive with 3 little girls and very tired well... As soon as we arrived the smell of the sprinklres were terrible. The inside of the house was nothing like the pictures showed. That house looked like it wasn't being clean as you are supposed to clean a house in the middle of a pandemic, in a long time. If I could post the pictures I would. Trash everywhere, pool was very dirty, all the porch was disgusting, and let's not talk about the rooms, laundry, kitchen and bathrooms. OMG! Spoke to the owner and the only thing that he could do for us was to return $200 for the cleaning fee. After we saw that, we left the house very disappointed 😞. We'll if I could say more without this aplicación erasing my reviews, I would; but for now well.we'll.. I don't recommend this house not even to my enemies.

Nice and quiet

Very grateful to Mr. Cicilioni, we had a wonderful vacation, the only thing missing is the guide to places to visit that they always put at the entrance, the neighborhood very calm and quiet, the beaches and attractions were around 15m away. minimum

Traveling with teenagers

The house is beautiful. Our family (kids) get bored easily. The game room offered choices while the storms kept us indoors The pool and spa were great the first night but then turned green. The pool guy didn’t come back before we left, but there were several places to sit and relax after beach play dates searching for shark teeth and shells. Very nice.

The house was nice. But the air conditioner went out on our second day stay.

The owner was no help or did nothing to get the air conditioner fixed. Actually ignored me. I would understand that it may not have been fixed that day or the next but he never even said he was trying to get it fixed or even apologized. We left a night early just couldn’t handle the heat.

A Tremendous Stay in Rotunda West!

Thank you for an awesome VRBO experience! Our house was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. It included all the amenities! Our property manager was helpful and highly responsive! This is a great spot for families or big groups. We are all very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this spot to folks looking for a place to stay in Rotunda West! Thank you!!
