This is the second time our group stayed at the house. Everything was the same as previous. Convenient location. Easy access to stores for all our needs. Large house with bathrooms for each person. Some minor issues, but nothing we couldn’t live with. Only issue was the hot tub was not hot, even though the pool heat was on. We didn’t use it. Still a really nice, clean ouse with lots of room and a very responsive owner.

Great Stay!!

My family loved the house and the amenities it offered. Close to grocery stores and gas stations. About 40 min from Orlando but we didnt mind the drive at all. Host was great and very responsive. We would definitely return!

Orlando golf trip

Great house. Exactly as described. Plenty of room. Lots of kitchen space. Downstairs was a great place to hang out. Upstairs gave everyone their own room. Game room area was enjoyed by all. Pool with the hot tub was perfect for a day after golf. Location fit our needs well. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Very prompt in addressing some questions.

The space is beautiful...

...but the not as great as hoped for. The hot tub fee wasn't added to the description until a few days after check in, the dishwasher was broken for more than half the stay, and make sure you bring your own bath towels because there wasn't enough for our group, let alone if it was fully occupied. It worked for what we needed, a space to stay, but not a place we would go back to.

Loved Our Stay

We were coming in from all over the country to surprise our mother on her 80th Birthday. The owner was very accommodating with all my questions and answered very fast. There was plenty of parking which was one of our concerns. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved having a pool right there at the home. There were plenty of chairs and tables for everyone in the pool area. The family also loved playing with the pool table, air hockey, and foosball, Even though we were there to enjoy time with family, I still had to work. There are two areas that are made for you to set up your computers and work. I especially liked the nook upstairs. It was out of the way and quiet(when the family was not playing games). We all liked that we were in a Gated Community. And believe me, they check everyone coming in there. Also, there is a Publix and a Walmart very close by if you need anything. Even though we did not go to to Disney World, we did go to Disney Springs and it was close by. I think you will love renting this home if you are planning to come to the area for Disney, or the surrounding areas.

Multi-family vacation

Group of 24 staying at the house, more than enough room for everyone. I gave them 5 stars, not bc everything went perfect but bc they did their best to resolve any issues or questions we had. We paid for pool heat and it was not working for over half the time we were there. The pool was also dirty. When the pool people came, they said there was no chlorine in the pool so they added some. What a difference it made! We don't own pools so we didn't know how it was supposed to look or feel (heated). We just trusted that it was ready to go when we got here. They fixed the pool issue and reimbursed us accordingly so we were thankful for that. The patio door did not lock (broken). Although it was a gated community and it felt safe, over half of our group were kids so we didn't feel safe going to bed at night with the door unlocked, or leaving personal belongings in our house on days when we were gone to theme parks all day. Maintenance came and installed a new lock right away. Most of the remotes in the house had no batteries. We asked if they had a stash somewhere but they didn't so they brought over some batteries. I wish they had more kid-friendly plates and cups. We found 1 plastic cup and a few plates. The rest were glass or something breakable. Overall, it was a great trip and the host was amazing! I'm just trying to leave an honest review so don't let my little encounters get in the way of booking. They did a great job hosting and I would definitely book with them again!

Everything was perfect !! The host was super accommodating and responded super quick. The pool started to get a bit cloudy and within the next day they had someone there to clean it. The only thing is that we wish there was more plastic plates and cups for kids and more cutlery, but that is minor. Otherwise this house was perfect for the 3 families we travelled with.
