Riverside Retreat is an A-frame home that provides a cozy cabin feel and modern amenities. Relax on the upper deck, sipping morning coffee, while marveling at the amazing mountain view! Enjoy off-the-grid hiking to a secret beach on Fresno river. Be prepared to feel OMG! for countryside feelings in 2 acres land. Perfect home base in Oakhurst to explore Yosemite National Park, Bass Lake, Madera wine trail, casino, river rafting, golfing, skiing in winter, or countless hiking trails in the area.

DETAILED INFO:
This home has a cozy open living space, a backyard patio to enjoy meals outside, & a porch to sip your coffee. The marvelous mountain view surrounds the whole home. For adventure seekers and off-trail hikers, you can hike down to Fresno river from the backyard to find a small private beach. It may not be suitable for everyone for this hike because it is somewhat steep and off trail.

Kitchen is well stocked. New washer and dryer.

There is a smart TV to watch cable channels or log into your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and AppleTV+ (you will need your own subscription). You can enjoy the variety of board games, the 1000-piece puzzles, or professional foosball table in the upstairs loftwith a convertible sleeper sofa. The house also has kid friendly amenities like dinnerware, high chair (Chicco Caddy Portable Hook-on High Chair), crib (Lotus portable crib), baby bathtub, potty seat, and games.

Heat/AC available. Inverters inside every room so you set the temperature you want without having to compromise.

To ensure safety of guests, there is a security Ring camera at the outside of the house.

RULES
-No smoking in the house. $500 fine.
- No pets. $500 fine for bringing pets onto the property.
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
- No wood burning fires allowed outside. $500 fine for fires. Please protect Yosemite and nearby regions as the area is at risk for fires.
- If you hike to the beach, you have to pick up any trash after yourself to protect the river and environment.
- The house is not childproofed. Please judge yourself if the house is appropriate for your children.
