In a picturesque hillside location, with stunning, panoramic views over the old town, the center and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea, you will find the idyllic, flowery resort of San Juan de Capistrano with a beautiful large pool area. Only 3 minutes drive from Burriana beach and 5 to the center of Nerja.

• Your stylish apartment is modern and bright - and with extra equipment such as underfloor heating, 2 air conditioners, large flat screen TV (Netflix movies & Spotify Premium Accounts for free - we pay), 2nd dt. TV in the bedroom, etc.
There are beautiful 52 square meters, divided into large panoramic south-facing terrace with great sea views and awning, large living room with modern comfort kitchen, elegant bathroom and bedroom (bedroom with sep. TV, window with fly screens, shutters, safe, gr. Closet).

Through the floor to ceiling windows to the terrace, the living room looks as if it would go directly into the beautiful large, secluded sun terrace (about 18 m²). There are, as I said 2 German flat screen TV, music system (with USB) and Internet / Wi-Fi with unlimited Flatrate free directly in the apartment. We pay Netflix and Spotify Premium for you.
On the stylish, light gray tiled, large terrace with glass railing you will find 2 sun loungers, a sun chair, a seating group for three and an original American weaver grill.

The well-kept urbanization of San Juan de Capistrano is one of the most beautiful gardens in Nerja and is known for its beautiful large pool with sea view, waterfalls and rocky island as well as a nice and affordable pool restaurant.

The entire complex is atmospheric design and invites you to long, varied walks every day. The resort is a district of Nerja, right on the rocky natural park, and offers the best panoramic sea views in the area, depending on the location of the apartments within the complex. Built as a small (typical Andalusian) white village, it is nestled on the slope above the center of Nerja, yet it is only about 3 minutes by car to the Burrianastrand and 5 to the center. A bus will take you to both worthwhile destinations.

The facility was designed by ingenious architects, in contrast to some existing monotony in other plants, everything here has worked as it has grown over the years. No house is the same, walks in the magnificent urbanization with the many tropical and Mediterranean gardens are worth every day anew.

Info: In the low season often has the nice restaurant la Parra in the entrance area and partly also the pool restaurant. Between Easter and the end of October, 4 restaurants offer varied food in the complex. You will find: Easter and November at a small supermarket in the area on foot, otherwise it is about 12 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car. The food and restaurant prices in Nerja are still quite favorable despite the popular area.
