Family Vacation

This house is absolutely beautiful! The layout is perfect for large groups. It has very comfortable and spacious bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is a dream to cook in with everything one needs and more. The outdoor patio space was perfect and the pool amazing!! With spectacular views, beautiful sunsets and lots of jungle sounds, everyone in our group loved our time here! Erin was great to work with. She gave us lots of restaurant recommendations and help with all the excursions we planned. Quick to respond to any questions we had. Super helpful. I do recommend a 4x4 as the road leading up to this home is very rough and bumpy, but part of the adventure! And once there, quickly forgotten. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We all loved it!

Amazing experience!

The homes tag line…”When dreams come true at Costa Rican Coast”…is so true! Spectacular, amazing, breathtaking…are just a few adjectives that come to mind when I think of our experience in this home…everything about it was awesome! And the property manager, Erin, was extremely communicative and accommodating. We highly recommend this home and property manager!

Family Vacation

Beautiful house, we had a wonderful time in our family Vacation in Nosara. 100% recomended for large groups with kids. The swimming pool was the main atraccion so you can skip the hot hours ay the beach. House fully equiped with everything you need.

What a great property . The views from the pool are incredible. Swimming while watching the monkey hang from the tree tops and birds landing at the edge of the pool was quite the experience. The place works so well for families , the kids loved the bunk beds. The casitas downstairs with the connecting door worked well for baby and parents. The pictures don’t do it justice. The property manager and the owner were super helpful and always available to help with what whatever is needed.

Superb villa

This is a prestine villa set high on a small hill for a perfect view. Everything was thought of to ensure guests have a perfect stay. With a house so beautiful and comfortable, it sometimes was difficult to pull people out of the house to do activities! The house manager was both fully available and resourcefull to help us going around the location and find activties. The location is off the beaten track, sometimes with bumpy roads, but this helped to be in a quiet area away from the tourist hordes. Thanks again for the amazing stay. we'll never forget.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is amazing! It was really hard to say goodbye to this beautiful home and amazing location. Udo was amazing at all of our needs during our stay. He was very attentive to our needs and helped us plan some unforgettable excursions for our family. The indoor/outdoor style of this home was one not to be forgotten. We rented the entire property and it was perfect for our needs. We can't wait to return! We loved this area of CR. The nearby beaches and restaurants were fantastic. We loved the mornings and evenings outside watching the monkeys from the beautiful pool. I'll echo another review - it was hard to leave this beautiful home every day to explore the area. We can't wait to return someday! Pura Vida!

Perfect House - Excellent Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We were a group of three families, so 6 adults and 8 kids ranging from ages 5-16. The space was perfect, the property is very clean and well maintained. The two fully furnished apartments downstairs were beneficial for laundry and extra space. The pool was the highlight for all of us and provided lots of entertainment for the kids. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay, we only had to buy groceries and drinks. The owner of the house was a pleasure to deal with and Udo, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect. Leading up to our trip, Udo provided lots of tips, helped us book our excursions and when we arrived he ensured a seamless check-in. While there Udo gave us lots of advice on activities, places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We followed his recommendations and were never disappointed. He helped make our trip to Costa Rica perfect. We can't wait to go back!

Adventure and Relaxation

Absolutely gorgeous house with a view. The home was perfect for our group of 14. Kids had a bunk room, grandparents + had the lower level that gave some privacy and opportunity for slow coffee. The main level kitchen and living space completely open up to an infinity pool + hot tub with a sunset view of the ocean. The ocean is a 13min drive down the road. Tide pools, body surfing and a beach hut with delicious ceviche, beer and ice cream for the kids. What really makes this place special is the above and beyond attention Udo provides his guests. His recommendations for restaurants, beaches etc were consistently perfect. He helped us arrange a chef to do dinner on Easter and it was outstanding. Highly recommend. He obtained steaks for us from a butcher. Hands down the most helpful, informative VRBO host. Could not recommend enough :)

Spectacular!

Our family of 16 arrived just prior to Christmas. Our first visit to Costa Rica and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We were glad we had been warned to rent good 4 wheel drive cars as some of the area roads are unpaved and we had 2 rivers to cross on our way to Nosara - but it all added to the adventure. Both the owners and the manager went out of their way to assist us, and like other reviewers I can’t say enough about the quality of this house. It is spectacular! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars as we were so impressed, not only with the design, but also the remarkable open spaces that can accommodate so many people so comfortably. We had a blast! The grandchildren loved the cosy bunk room after their days at the beach learning to surf, ziplining and swimming. The parents enjoyed their separate bedrooms and cooking up sensational suppers in the expansive kitchen, while the grandparents reveled in watching everyone have fun in the magnificent pool while taking in the amazing view of monkeys, birds and sunsets from the peaceful patio. Paradise.

It is hard to write this review. It means that others will find this place. All I want to do is keep it a secret. First let me say that I wished we had gotten a bigger better 4 wheel drive. This house is not easy (from a modern urban western standpoint) to get to. This has nothing to do with the house, it’s owners or it’s caretakers. Once there it is absolutely incredible. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kid’s room, spectacular matching apartments downstairs, the kitchen, and the jewel of the crown the outdoor pool area that looks out over the valley are all finished with care and a fine eye for detail. We could have stayed for weeks. Listening and watching the monkeys in the trees. Playing in the pool at sunrise and sunset. The house had every comfort imaginable. It was luxurious and comfortable and felt incredible to be in. Udo, the house manager, went above and beyond at every turn. He was gracious and welcoming. He was on top of things before we even knew anything was wrong. He helped us navigate every aspect of our trip. The owners clearly made what was clearly a feat of time and engineering seem easy. We felt safe and cared for. I cannot wait to go back.

Amazing vacation spot, with access to some of the best activities for all ages.

We take a yearly vacation with our family and a group of friends, and this year it was our family’s turn to plan it. We always rent a home and plan activities that all the adults as well as the children can enjoy together, and as we looked for a cool spot for this year’s shenanigans, we found this beautiful home in Costa Rica. The pictures do not do it justice! This home is beatifylly set up and appointed to cater for families. The common area easily accommodated our group, with the children and adults enjoying the massive pool and outside area without feeling crowded no matter if one or all of us were there. The beautiful ocean views are breathtaking, and we enjoyed some of the best sunsets with the sounds of the jungle all around us. The kids room was a hit with all our children who had a blast sharing the bunk beds and spending time together. Each bedroom was beautifully appointed with gorgeous guanacaste wood furniture, and the suites below the pool were a hit with the two families with small children who wanted to have a space for their families. They each had their own kitchen and laundry facilities, which made it very easy and efficient when we all returned from the beach and needed to do laundry for the next day. The home was close to all the amazing restaurants in the Nosara area, yet far enough to enjoy the jungle feel as well. We were within 20 minutes of several beaches, and enjoyed driving around to discover what the area had to offer. It was hands down the best vacation we had, and we all want to come back as often as possible. All the kids want to do now is come back to vacation in Costa Rica, and rent the same house year after year. Highly recommend this home for a true Costa Rican experience.

Incredible all round!! Paradise!

Everything was fabulous, the house is spectacular! We enjoyed staying here so much the house layout really works for multiple couples and children especially the bunkbeds! You can tell they went all out in furnishing this property… the cleanliness of the house, cotton sheets, pillows, beds, pool, appliances are all five star! I was beginning to wonder if I would ever want to leave and that they might need to have me escorted out! We will definitely be back… The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and it’s amazing how it overlooks the outside area and infinity pool which reaches out to the ocean in front of you! Watching sunsets from here were amazing… the view is breath taking! The outdoor furniture is really comfortable and the huge wooden dining table fits probably around 20 people - very luscious! Accessibility is great, we felt very safe in the house as there are security guards on every exit and the neighbours are all friendly if you happen to see them. The area is nearby to some beautiful unspoilt beaches, if you love to surf this place is perfect! The house is not too far from Nosara town where you will find a selection of restaurants, shops and groceries although you may not want to leave the house!! The pictures are already amazing but the experience is something else! I cannot express how beautiful this house is, it was a dream being here and we will definitely rebook. Overall we give our stay 10 stars! Thank you for providing such a perfect space for our trip!
