An amazing sunset view awaits after the long day at the beach or hanging out by the pool. 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with a chef's kitchen makes this condo home away from home. NO LINENS PROVIDED!

My family of 5 had a great stay. Great location, clean and spacious with a short walk to the beach. The pool was very small but not too crowded. Nice for sunbathing. Kitchen was stocked with basic pots, pans and a few spices. Check in process as smooth and straight forward. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great place and location

Property was everything we we're hoping for. Clean and just beautiful very nice location. Very easy communication with owner thank you so much had a blast

Spacious and convenient

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. We’ve gone to OC many times, usually just for a long weekend so we stayed in hotels, usually in the boardwalk. This time we were staying 4 nights so I wanted somewhere we could hang out, have meals if we wanted, etc. the Sqiuddly was great!Pros- clean, spacious, convenient walk to the boardwalk and beach (but far enough away to have easy parking and be quiet at night). Some basic spices and all basic kitchen supplies. Plenty of space for us each to hang out and not get in each others’ way. Nice porch looking toward the bay (but the other building blocked the actual sunset). A few minor cons- a few things are somewhat the wire for wear from past guests- porch door handle was loose, blinds don’t close in both directions. The keypad for entry was cool but didn’t always “wake up” when pressed. It sounds like the owners are aware and planning to fix these things.All that said, we plan to stay here again in the future!

A nice condo that deserves better care

The floors in the condo were dirty; the master shower was lined with black mold at the caulking. The tables and kitchen counter could have been better wiped down. Knowing this is a popular destination, I imagine there’s a lot of turnover. Looks like the cleaning service is falling down on the job. We received towing notices on our cars on day#3 - which was immediately addressed by our property rep - but left everyone nervous for our last 24 hours of vacation. Last but not least - suggest that management state that no linens or towels are provided, in the online listing. It was only apparent on the rental agreement. We won’t return to this property.

We just finished up our family vacation here and there are not enough words to share how wonderful our experience was staying here! The property is gorgeous and the photos don't do it justice. The property is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The view of the bay from the balcony was stunning and a great way to relax at the end of the day. The beach and boardwalk were just a few blocks away and the property's amount of parking was a huge bonus! The communication we received was timely, kind, and any questions we had were answered very quickly. We are already looking into coming back next summer. Thank you for being part of our great family vacation!

Great Condo!

The condo felt more spacious than the pictures show and you get a nice bayside view! It’s only a five minute walk to the beach/board walk and the property manager is very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
